There will be no protection, economic, or political control in any of the 50 states as long as 50 million Black Americans remain dispersed and a minority in all of them. 5 states have a population of less than 1 million, 14 states have a population of less than 2 million. 22 states have a population of less than 4 million and 31 states have a population of less than 6 million.

We've tried that before. Just with better statehood colors and real revolutionaries the first time.
