The news was shared by Ram Neupane, a law maker and engineer by training. Hopes rose this morning after rescue teams used listening devices and heard and confirmed voices inside the tunnel. There are now reports that there could be dozens of more workers inside who could be possibly saved soon. And even as we report this there is news in Nepal of a second worker, Kabir also making out out alive. What an amazing job by first responders.
