Nine days after Himalayan floods struck Nepal, rescuers have pulled two workers alive from a hydropower tunnel in Rasuwa. It has raised hopes that more survivors could be found despite treacherous terrain and damaged infrastructure. Al Jazeera's Tony Cheng reports.
