Speed training programs are for older, adolescent athletes who are both physically and mentally mature and have developed a wide range of movement skills through proper foundational training and development. Most youth athletes are not physically prepared to take part in a speed training program because they have yet to develop the necessary physical foundation to express speed. As we are talking now, there are 40 graduates with Bsc in Petroleum Engineering who are unregistered by the Engineering Board of Kenya.
