'Ninjabread Man' released for PS2 on this day in 2005. Perhaps the single-most infamous release by shovelware purveyors Data Design Interactive: A generic 3D platformer with a "candy land" aesthetic -- later ported to Wii, and its levels recycled for two other DDI titles.

This is the exodia of wii games. This + 3 other titles were all born from recycled content data design interactive had made for a rejected Zool game pitch. Rock n Roll adventures is my fav

RRRAGH NINJABREAD MAN WAS NOT "RECYCLED" TO MAKE THE OTHER GAME RATHER ALL THE GAMES WERE MADE AS ONE AS PART OF A ZOOL PITCH AND THE LEVELS WERE SPLIT UP INTO DIFFERENT GAMES

Crazy that this was allegedly supposed to be a zool game of all things

Scan any documents, convert images into text, PDF files, etc. 👍

Learning this was originally a Zool game but whoever owned Zool thought it looked not good enough for the IP of esteemed character *Zool* is very funny

Is more memorable from Game Grumps.

The only reason I have fond memories of this piece of shit is because it got a sick level pack mod in Sonic Frontiers.

They cooked with this one

Moon Crystal for the Famicom (by Hect/1992) is a 2D action-platformer with remarkably fluid animations, rarely seen on 8-bit hardware. Never officially released in North America or Europe (on NES), but even so, it's highly regarded by retro gaming fans due to its high quality. Has not yet re-released or included in any modern game collection for a modern system.
