Nintendo showed off the Switch 2 Pro Controller on the Nintendo Today app.

For however long the Switch 2 generation lasts, this is the controller I'm going to be using 99.99% of the time when using the TV. Let's hope Nintendo releases different colors and some fun special editions. It's the Switch Pro Controller but even better.

Switch 2 pro controller ASMR nice

I still can’t believe the only Nintendo controller to have analogue triggers, is the GameCube controller. Mind boggling!

The only thing worth knowing is if the D-Pad is good, and no one bothers to actually test it.

No analogue triggers is a generational L. This upgrade only had two jobs and one was just a headphone jack

The Nintendo Switch Pro controller was super good, I hope that this one is really an improvement over the last one.

Kind of a weird question, but Nintendo has been doing this thing where we only see the hands of someone showing off a product, like in the Wii Motion Plus Instructional Video. Do we know who these people are? I’ve always been curious considering how often I’ve seen their hands.

We need someone with hands-on knowledge about the d-pad. Need someone to play a fighting game with it and teport back. If the d-pad is good, then I might get one eventually.

It’s insane just how much coverage there has been for the console at the events yet not one person has stated whether or not the D-pad has been fixed

Probably won't get one right away, but I will definitely want a Pro Controller 2 in the near future.

I wish it didn’t have the white and had the blue and red esthetic instead, not a fan of white buttons.

I'll have my eyes on this one. I've used my Switch Pro Controller for various things over the years, so an upgrade is a no brainer.

This was more ASMR then anything. If you need a video showing you a controller to understand it...you need to be put in s padded room for your own safety. Cause you have one brain cell.

I’m just glad they finally added a head jack. They should’ve did that since day one on the switch one. No more third-party controllers for me.

Dang they were so close. They showed off plugging something into the aux port, but not if it were headphones or a headset for talking along with listening.
