Recently there was a commotion regarding the organising of Saraswati Puja in the Nagarukhra area of Haringhata, Nadia district. TMC booth president, Alimuddin Mondal had threatened of dire consequences if Saraswati Puja is organised in the area. Afterwards the Sanatani Community of the Nagarukhra Bazar area organized Saraswati Puja. This morning, I had the opportunity to visit their Saraswati Puja Pandal and offer Pushpanjali to Maa Saraswati and sought her blessings for the betterment of the youth of Bengal and enhancement of the quality of education in the State.
