NL is funny because I often find his takes on small scale stuff like how a game plays to be insufferable, but then he approaches more complex discussions like the very concept of how you engage with a work of art and a story, and shares pure golden insight.

As Cregger describes it, his movie is gonna be the mood and atmosphere of the games, put into film format. But fans just want a normal ass movie with fanservice. I don't know about you but the first one sounds like a way better viewing experience to me.
