I'm beyond sad to hear the news of Coach retiring. She has been amazing and needs to have a statue of her made.

This makes it even more sad we didn’t win the Championship arguably the best coach in all of Iowa sports

Do we think Kate and CC knew about this? Or are they gonna open their phone post flight/practice to this news? Also how cool for Kate that her aunt who grew her love for the game and for Iowa WBB is the new head coach?

Crying happy tears- as a student at Iowa in the 80’s, I loved C Vivian Stringer, and wondered how could we replace her. Then we got Lisa, and now we have Jan. We have been truly blessed to have outstanding, caring and committed leadership for this program. Blessed!
