Many clans live in garowe and Puntland. Don’t use diversity as an excuse for why hawiye cities are shitholes. There are many towns and cities that only haiwye live in and they are controlled by shabbab or rely on African union troops for protection (jowhar, Dhuusomareeb etc). Mogadisho is a diverse city but hawiye moryaans have destroyed it
