🚨No Entry for Bikers from Today❓ Thousands use the Airport Elevated Road for work, college & airport travel etc. Instead of A Ban: Enforce 60–80 km/h, AI speed monitoring, crack down on reckless driving & restrict night riding etc. What’s your opinion on this 2-wheeler ban❓

It’s an excellent decision. The Electronics City Elevated Corridor is a high-speed stretch, and the safety concerns for two-wheelers are genuine. This should have been done a long time ago.

Ban 2 and 3 wheelers from all national highways. Not just elevated corridors.

That works. Speed restrictions are key. Atleast in peak hours they should allow. With latest technology it's not difficult to monitor. Now hebbal road will face huge traffic. Else alternate roads to be developed and underpasses should be developed @ChristinMP_

We have 50% good drivers ans 50% a**holes, How would u select and punish specific. With camera which already ppl know slow there or hide behind an heady vehicle. All tht loud noise of engine revs. If u guys r 1 of those late night high noise bike riders on this stretch,u r reason

Impossible to enforce. People don't even fear about riding/driving in opposite (wrong) lanes, and you are talking about enforcing speed.

ban is the lazy knob. enforce speed + night rules. that elevated road exists so people can actually move.

No pblm in restricting people from using flyover from hyatt near aster to yelahanka exit Roads below the flyover are way more wider and maintained well with good asphalt only break will be the 3 signals needed to cross

Enforcement is the issue. And this too little. Wht abt d BWSSB garbage dump trks, KMF tankers, cement mixrs? They 2 are equally worse. And then cabs and cars who like to drive slow or watch talk on phone. Bikers are just one aspect. Tse protesting may not be part of the problem

This will look like absolute stupidity when the ban will be lifted after a couple of weeks 🤣

Locals need to protest against this oppression to middle class, and protecting elite class. If any accident happens two wheelers are the ones to die, it's common sense. What big police is trying to do by banning them? We kn BLR PLC, they just ban if can't control. Fails always

I regularly go from Devanahalli to Hebbal and back. This is such a stupid decision. Why should all bikes be banned for reckless driving by other cars and bikes. Catch them, fine them hard, there is already a speed limit of 60-80 but there are some who don’t adhere.

Why not enforce dedicated lanes more stringently, Bangalore is probably the city that is setting the example for the whole country. A ban on two wheelers in a city like Bangalore where congestion is a problem is not the best way.

Makes sense....at least on Airport road. It is wide enough for a dedicated two wheeler lane with reduced speed limits. Why punish 80 percent for the reckless driving behaviour of 20 pct. Use tech to find reckless driving, penalise them heavily and seize the vehicles if need be.

Ban them, expressways aren't supposed to have bikes. I ride a bike and I still want bikes banned from most expressways. Bikers in India have no understanding of rules - they need to learn.

Alternate option available for 2W. Kindly explore it...I believe concerned authorities have done scientific survey and studies before concluding it.

Ban on two wheelers affects those who were genuinely using the flyover for faster commute, but it is required. We have to civilise the rash bikers and brainless yellow board drivers first on this route who speed and have zero road sense. After that it is safe for two wheelers.

Rule will be taken back atleast on this Flyover within a week.... Unlike Electronic City Flyover which is really dangerous for 2Ws, Airport Flyover is wide n well planned..

Enforce speed limits using visible and sensibly designed speed breakers. Banning isn't going to solve the problem because most people on Indian roads have a licence, be it two wheeler or four, but lack basic common sense or road etiquettes. @blrcitytraffic

This is such a stupid rule. If they don't allow us to use the road y don't they pay back out road taxes we paid. Now travelling time adds up. Who pays for it.?

This ban is like, banned Telegram for avoiding paper leak. Not addressing the issue just banning something and creating trouble. So next what Banglore bikes is it😅

It's good in my opinion. Roads where speeds can go up to 120, it's better not to have bikes/autos in those roads. There should also be strict lane maintenance system. 80 left lane, 80-120 centre lane and right over taking lane.

Good Decision, bikers always put their life risk and others too. Road beneath the elevated highways is equally good road with service and wider roads. Safe for 2 and 3 wheelers.

Excellent! They should be banned from the city itself for the kind of atrocities they display on the roads. Cutting thought the lane. Taking turns by the sides of other turning vehicles. Running on footpaths. Oneway violations.

Put more speed detectors taxis drive very rash on those roads and very dangerous. CC camera and penalizing over speeding vehicles at toll itself is the best way.

Banning bikes is good for bikers. No enforcement will guarantee zero accidents. Everyone drives like crazy endangering bikers on these expressways. Its better to be alive than take life risk to save few mins.

Shuttle is best + some parking. 41 deads in 19 months. It's for their own safety. Slowing a high speed lane is not possible.

Dear Countrymen, 🚨 The Gujarat Model’s witch-hunt has begun. ⚠️ I had warned about this in my latest interview with Mayur Jani ji Mayur Jani 1) Mohd. Junaid, the man who fed the protesters at Jantar Mantar, was picked up by Delhi Police from Delhi, on the night between 24-7-26 and 25-07-2026. He was blind-folded and taken to Uttarakhand (5 hrs drive from Delhi), kept their overnight, questioned about source of funds, how he managed to feed the protesters continuously. Later he was again blind-folded and dropped at a place in Mussoorie from where he took a cab and came back to Delhi. 2) Delhi Police has told SM platform to remove “objectionable videos and posts” targeting PM Modi. 3) The cases registered against Young boys and girls in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Patna and accross the country, are not yet withdrawn. No signs of the same happening. During the IAC 1.0 protests I have personally seen that they were distributing dry fruits (almonds) to the protesters. ❓Did the Delhi Police ask the Anna Andolan protesters about the source of funds for Dry fruits❓ ❓Did the Delhi Police ask the 3Ds (Dipke, Das, Dahiya), Ranka of CJP about the source of their funds for such large scale protests going on over 20 days❓ Ofcourse not❗️ ▪️You can also compare the crackdown of Delhi Police on protesting Farmers, at Shaheen Bagh, on Umar Khalid, with that on the core of CJP - the 3Ds, Ranka etc. ❓Can you see the Muslim intolerance of the Police under Amit Shah❓ ❓Can you see that only some protests and protesters are made out to be the Heroes while others are dealt with ruthlessly❓ 👀 Do you see how the Sangh, RW ecosystem is trying to carve out the space for itself in the Opposition and plant its elements - the AAP, the CJP, the Wangchuks etc there❓
