Ninja Theory’s experimental horror game Project: Mara has reportedly been cancelled. Announced in 2020, it was planned as a realistic psychological horror experience inspired by real-life stories and research. The studio shared several technical updates, but the game never received gameplay footage or a release date. According to Windows Central’s Jez Corden, Project: Mara was “just a concept” and is no longer in active development.
