People are making all kinds of claims until the real Scottish and Irish people show up, or until the real Native Americans show up on this internet. Everyone has an accent, and we often describe accents nobody takes offense to that. Black Americans tend to speak quickly, I’m African from East Africa so I speak more slowly because of my native language, and many Indians have a nasal tone when speaking. These are simply examples of different speech patterns, not insults.
