That would be such a carb crash for me! My breakfast: Tofu, pickled vegetables, cucumber salad, and minced chicken over 3 ounces of brown rice mixed with seaweed. Add a giant cup of coffee, no milk or sweetener lately. Pastries are too much on weekdays. 😭
