This 20-tonne example of European engineering prowess was used to resupply the International Space Station… without any human intervention 💡 Navigation, trajectory, docking : everything was automated, to take the ATV to the ISS 400 km above our heads…

It was a unique achievement that hasn’t been equalled in its domain. 👉 Can you estimate how many centimeters to target constitute a precise docking?

USSR did it in 1967 - Kosmos 186+188 docked unmanned without computers.
