What kind of dispatch 911 discusses details of a case still under investigation ?!? They should just take her name and number and have the investigator call her.

Dever was interviewed by the F B I, and said she’d witnessed Berkowitz (chief of police at the time) and Bryan Higgins go into in the sally port and stay there for a “wildly long time,” and that she thought it “weird” that a witness in the case (Higgins) would have access to a crucial piece of evidence (Karen Reads SUV) in the investigation. Her witness testimony would have been very helpful to Karen Read’s defense. However, she later claimed she had a false memory concerning what she told the F B I. This, after she was called to the Police Commissioner’s office. She purjered herself on the stand, and did so with an attitude you'd expect from a 14 year old, not someone who planned on having a future in law enforcement.

As someone who knows very little abt this case is it.possoble someone impersonated "Mary" and is the one who hit that dude? The call seems sus.

That whole call was odd and handled extremely unprofessional. Not sure why someone from the ME's office asked those questions (shouldn't they know?). Why not ask to speak to or direct it to a shift supervisor? Of course Dever coughed up info

Because it’s always relevant to call dispatchers to the stand. Happens in every trial, right? Shady criminal defense attorneys are so trustworthy…

She got a promotion if she gave evidence, she changed her story about the car saying she saw two police officers be left alone with the vehicle suggesting they damaged it not the person on trial, this was Karen Reed set up by the police for killing their colleague, she’s a liar

We knew this case was a cover up from the beginning or at least I did.

She was there to testify that she saw law enforcement at the sally port manipulating evidence. She changed her story several times and even met with the Boston Police commissioner which both lied about after. She is no longer with in law enforcement. Hope that clears it up.
