If 100 aspirants appear in an exam, 40 is for open merit and 50.78 are from Jammu and 9.22 are from #Kashmir. Even before you apply reservation, Kashmiris are already crowded out. Biggest culprit are Kashmiri officers. I don't know whether they don't issue these certificates on their own or is policy. If they are not part of the INDIA Alliance, two scenarios may arise: either they remain neutral, or they support the BJP. Remaining neutral is, in a way, tantamount to supporting the BJP. The Delimitation Bill is a fundamental attack on India’s federal structure. In 2023, Parliament passed a Bill ensuring 33 percent reservation for women in Parliament and state assemblies. At that time, Lok Sabha LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi, Rajya Sabha LoP Shri Mallikarjun Kharge, CPP Chairperson Smt Sonia Gandhi ji, and other opposition leaders clearly asked the government to implement it in the 2024 elections.
