It's happened to me at a job. White folks would stand around, talking to each other all the time, sometimes even WITH the supervisor. Black folks stand around talking with each other, it was a problem.

As a white man, I’m sad to say that I agree. I’m not like this, but I can definitely say that more than half of white folks are like this. Sorry that you guys have to go through this. Color does matter whether anyone agrees or not.
