Weather modification is what I believe started the hurricane as the skies went purple that only happens when a certain chemical is released normally getting purple street lights yet with florida it was the whole sky!

If they conspired, its still a conspiracy just not a theory. 😎

If patents have been applied for, wouldn't it no longer be a theory? In addition to the patents applications co-invented by William H Gates (linked below) classified as "Devices or methods for influencing weather conditions" Searete LLC also had 5 patents apps cite patent US5003186A held by Ray theon Co. "Stratospheric Welsbach seeding for reduction in Global Warming" 1 of these patent apps has been transferred and approved.

When this originally aired, my brothers and I were texting each other saying "I can't believe they're showing this!" We had already been looking into this stuff for years. I have zero doubt that an earthquake in Chino CA, July 29th 2008 was an artificially induced quake.
