Poor referee and VAR. Should've been a straight red card. After awarding Paraguay a freekick, the ref used vanishing spray to mark the spot. The Paraguay player completely wiped off the spray and moved the ball 5-7 yards forward and took the kick from there. No action by the ref or his assistants. This ref should not officiate another match at this World Cup. He was even worse than Michael Oliver who did a horrible job in Morocco versus Canada match.
