My message is pretty simple. No matter how weak you might feel, how unhappy you are about your body, your performance, your job, your financial status, or your relationship… It is never too late to start having positive thoughts about yourself, a positive outlook, the will to change, and a goal that you set for yourself and follow no matter what. Don’t underestimate how heavily your belief in yourself weighs on any outcome in your life. If you can’t believe in yourself, nobody else will. One of the many things that I learned during my own transformation: You can dream big about your destination, but do not force yourself to get there with an unrealistic time goal. It will only set you up for failure, or it will force you to chase shortcuts. Shortcuts usually lead to broken dreams. Take your time with whatever goal you might set for yourself. Many little steps over a long period of time will carry you much farther than large and hasty steps.

Don’t underestimate how heavily your belief in yourself weighs on any outcome in your life. If you can’t believe in yourself, nobody else will. One of the many things that I learned during my own transformation: You can dream big about your destination, but do not force yourself to get there with an unrealistic time goal. It will only set you up for failure, or it will force you to chase shortcuts. Shortcuts usually lead to broken dreams. Take your time with whatever goal you might set for yourself. Many little steps over a long period of time will carry you much farther than large and hasty steps.
