Him, too. Paul helped Badfinger (called the Iveys at the time) breakout with Come and Get It in 1969. But the two Beatles absolutely influenced the Badfinger sound, which was essentially a Beatles sound. You can’t hear Badfinger without hear the Beatles.

Not only could Badfinger make hits from songs written by other artists but Nilsson took 'Without You' written by Ham and Evans and made an international hit from it and Mariah did the same years later.

Nice live version of the song. They caught my attention with Come and Get It. It was cool their records were on the Apple label, too.

One of the 1970s most underrated bands. They were fantastic and should have risen to great hights but ended up in tragedy and loss.

Bad Finger!! Great band… but a tragic story. They were the best of the “Power Pop” bands, and Pete was a great songwriter.
