No you cannot. The stairway to the sky area is always exclusively the replicas boss fight. The area explorable in ReMind is the Breezy Quarter area which is entirely different than this room

This is pretty cool and i dont mean to be rude but I wonder what the point of this is when you can explore in remind?

to anyone who may not know what they are looking at, this entire area they are exploring normally is locked to a big final boss fight. you are unable to return to this area unless you load ur save through a dlc for this game, this removes even needing the dlc and unlocks the area
