I really like this feature of Blenders Knife Tool. It has both distance and angle measurement display toggle. Along with angle constraints (the white line/relative or screen) that you can set to any value (by default its set to 30°). If you hit X it'll cut through the mesh too, even with Occlude Geometry enabled.
