Can't use... Credit will finish with one prompt

Explore the GitHub Copilot app 👇

Congrats, this looks really nice. For folks exploring similar OSS options, Orca also supports GitHub issue → agent workflows, without requiring a Copilot account. Repo:

is this a joke?

Copilot was nice, until the pricing became something like AWS UI…

Amazing features. Too bad literally nobody can afford Copilot anymore after the new credits system. Releasing shiny new agent stuff for plans most devs have already cancelled is peak irony.

agent ships the fix before i finish reading the issue

性价比太低了 用不起!

Congrats—you took GitHub Copilot and completely trashed it.

Thank you GitHub! Copilot Agent on desktop is going to be insanely productive! 🚀

So the business pays for copilot pro. Now what? I need to go get GitHub accounts to make use of other features? Why isn’t it just included within the 365 environment with the current copilot pro? Is that how Scout works?

Hi @github, Please my GitHub account I have been using for 4years was suspended without any email. Username: caxtonacollins Email: [email protected] All help to contact support have being invain, please help me look into it.

It's a massive fail. No WSL support. Aren't you owned by MS?

this looks like a huge upgrade for managing daily dev tasks.

this is incredible GitHub

Fix ur price first , I will stay with Claude

We're moving from AI-assisted coding to AI-assisted software delivery. The interesting question is no longer "Can an agent write code?" It's "Can an agent understand the workspace?"

11 days and I still haven't received a response to my support ticket..: honestly, aren't you ashamed at all??? I WILL SEEK ALL DAMAGES FROM YOU, REST ASSURED OF THIS

Desktop agents make more sense when choosing tasks stays manual.

Been waiting for this - the agent-native approach sounds like exactly what's needed. Most AI coding tools still require too much hand-holding. Curious how the desktop experience handles context switching between different codebases?

issue to ship works until the agent edits build scripts and review misses it

👍🏾

when could we subscribe it again?

Issue to merge in one app is great; the “what ships” part is still where the bodies are buried.

Being able to define agent work and what ships with Copilot feels like the right next step. That kind of control makes a big difference.

AI Analysis: Treat the app as an issue-to-PR workspace, not a chat window. Best use case: give it a small scoped issue, repo instructions, and tests to run before review. Source: GitHub Docs

"Issue to merge in one place" is the part that matters. Watching one agent in an IDE vs. directing several from one surface are different jobs—and this treats that as the actual workflow, not a side panel. Curious how Agent Merge holds up on real review flows.

Good to see the waitlist removed. More people on paid plans can now try the agent features directly. Managing agents and moving from issue to merge in one place sounds practical on paper. Real usefulness will depend on how smoothly it works in daily projects. Will be worth testing.
