Umm...we ask every patient to verify their first and last name and date of birth. I had a STUNNING black woman as a patient and I could not pronounce her Nigerian name. She wasn't offended when I asked her how to say it. I'd rather ask than butcher someone's name. This girl is just being willfully difficult.

I was on a call and "axed" the woman her middle name. I "axed" her how do you spell your name and she looked at her momma and "axed" momma and said, momma how is it you spell my middle name?
