No one is coming to save you. Whilst others see this as a burden, this is a blessing Because the only person that can mess it up is YOU. No one else.

It’s so true about the binging too. I lost everything not too long ago and I’ve been doing the bare minimum now. Other than that I’ve just become the worst version of myself I’ve ever seen and I feel like I legit can’t get out of it.
