ICE and CBP thought their crime and misconduct during Operation Midway Blitz would go unnoticed. The Illinois Accountability Commission just released their report, and together, we're ensuring they'll be held accountable.

For years, Governor JB Pritzker and his fellow sanctuary politicians released rapists, kidnappers, and drug traffickers on Chicago’s streets—putting American lives at risk. Operation Midway Blitz will surge DHS law enforcement to Chicago to target the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens.

If ICE or federal officers violate your right to record, there should be consequences. That's why I introduced the Right to Record Act to create a legal pathway to sue and hold them accountable — because no one is above the law.

The Biden DOJ weaponized the FACE Act against pro-life Americans, and those responsible must be held accountable. I introduced the First Amendment Accountability Act to hold federal employees individually liable for violating your constitutional rights.

One goal. One mission. Restore LAW AND ORDER. We have ZERO tolerance for violent rioters who assault law enforcement. Anyone who assaults law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

🚨 Aurora, IL—A second ICE vehicle was attacked during the same federal operation. The hostility toward law enforcement keeps growing and Illinois Democrat politicians keep looking the other way. This is exactly why the National Guard has been deployed to Illinois.

Campbell: We truly say no one is above the law, then no one should be deemed above the law. And instead, what we're seeing is a president who thinks he is above the law and an administration that thinks they are above the law, undermining and dismantling an agency that is critical to maintaining the sense of justice in this country

♦️JMPD IN ACTION ♦️ A driver, allegedly a member of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF), has been arrested for drink-and-driving and attempting to evade law enforcement during the operation. The suspect was apprehended and processed in accordance with the law. No individual is above the law, and decisive action will continue against all forms of lawlessness. Investigations are ongoing. #BuyaMthethoManjeNamhlanje

We will undoubtedly protect Ukraine and restore freedom throughout our country. We all believe that this will be a different Ukraine. The same borders. The same vibrant democracy. Ukraine will continue to be one of Europe’s most free nations. What there will not be is the old "business as usual" for those who have robbed Ukraine and placed themselves above the law and any rules. I thank Ukrainian law enforcement for taking action to deliver justice in every case that had been on hold for decades. The rule of law must prevail.

"I'm the United States attorney for the District of Columbia and, with that job, comes a responsibility to investigate and prosecute violations of federal crime in D.C., along with D.C. Code crime… no one is above the law, nor should anyone think that they have the right to be above the law." As the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Americans can sleep easy knowing that my office will always prioritize the fair administration of the law. Not a single person is above the law, and if you violate the law, you will be investigated and prosecuted. U.S. Attorney DC
