First head cold I’ve had in over 2 years. Had to get a tire on the car, run my daughter around, all the things. Life doesn’t stop because you don’t feel good. I was hungry, drained, had zero energy to cook. So I drove through Wendy’s. Got 2 bacon cheeseburgers, no bun. Within FIVE MINUTES of eating, I could feel the energy coming back. Not placebo. Not wishful thinking. Red meat literally infuses energy into your body at a cellular level. Bioavailable iron, complete amino acids, B12, zinc…your body recognizes it immediately and gets to work. This is what meat heals actually means in real time. Now let me talk about Wendy’s as a carnivore emergency option, because if you think fast food is off limits, I’m about to set you free. Wendy’s uses fresh, never frozen beef. That matters. Their patties are actually decent quality, and their bacon isn’t that sad, papery fast food garbage, it’s real bacon. You can taste the difference. Is it my first choice? No. Did I spend $6 on lunch instead of my usual $2-3? Yeah. But I was out, I was running on empty, and I needed food. So I ate. Here’s what you can get at Wendy’s: Just the patties. Ask for them plain. No bun, no nothing. Cheapest option. Add cheese if you want the extra fat and calories. Add bacon if you need more fat. That’s why I did it, I wanted the fat content up. That’s it. No shame. No guilt. I see all of you in my comments. The ones who are living on a very tight budget or don’t have access to a lot of choices. The ones who spent decades eating low fat everything because that’s what you were told. Whose metabolism feels broken beyond repair. Who’s exhausted all the time and doesn’t know why. You did everything right. And it still didn’t work. Because you were given the wrong map. You don’t need a perfect kitchen. You don’t need grass-fed wagyu. You need real food when you need it. Even if that’s a drive-through window when you’re running on fumes. Progress beats purity. Every single time. 🥩

🚨ANNOUNCEMENT! New Partnership + AI Coaching Offer from Anyman Fitness and Spren 🚨 I have a big announcement to make… For the last 18 months I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes on a BIG project… You may have seen me post about the iOS app “Spren” - a groundbreaking app that tests your body fat % using just your iPhone. The app has been 3rd party tested and is as accurate as a DEXA scan. If you’re into fitness, you know how wild that statement is. A DEXA scan is the gold standard for body fat testing (and they cost $200+ to get one). The Spren CEO (Jason Moore) reached out to me in 2023 and he had a proposal. He wanted to create an AI based coaching offer for people who tested their body fat % with Spren and were unhappy with the results. But he didn’t want it to be generic like Chat GPT. He wanted to model the AI after a coach with extensive experience working with the general public. For the last 18 months, we have been working behind the scenes building this offer, and it just got released to the public. The AI has been fully trained on my coaching strategies, teachings, preferences, and mindset/motivational style. Here’s how it works: • Send a text message to 734-499-1101 • If you’re outside of the US, send the text via What’s App • You’ll be sent a link to learn everything the AI can do for you • You get unlimited scans on the Spren iOS body fat testing app ($70 value) • You get a customized nutrition plan for your goals, and “AI me” will guide you on your journey You connect the app to your macro tracker and wearable. Every few weeks, you scan your body fat % again, and “I” will make adjustments as needed for you to make swift and rapid progress. The best part? I don’t take breaks. I’m always here for you. The “style” is all me… You need reminders to get your butt off the couch and go to the gym? I got you. You need done-for-you meal plans that hit your macros/calories exactly? I got you. You need recipe ideas? Workouts when traveling? Exercise substitutions? Supplementation questions? Or you just want to shoot the breeze? (Lol) I got you! I’m here, 24/7, in your back pocket. I’m thrilled to have a shared vision with Spren on this. To learn more about this new, cutting-edge offer, send a text to 734-499-1101 and check it out!

No matter how long you've been working in esports, there comes a time when you need help. But in this industry when people see you failing too much, slowing down or struggling, it can be a death sentence. Fans call you out on Twitter and professionals call you "washed" behind closed doors. This is what the coaches, players, managers, content creators and many more live every day. They bottle it up and hide it from friends, family, managers, teammates because they're ashamed. It gets to a point where I need to specify that we can work together under NDAs so they can save face and be sure that nobody will find out they asked for help. We cannot continue working like this. Esports has been chewing up and spitting out these people for decades now. And I believe this shit needs to stop. Whether you've got the funds to seek help or not, I got you. For those who can, you can apply/book consultations to get the help you need, single consultations, weekly follow-ups. Whatever you need we'll find a way to make it work. For the younger ones, or if you simply cannot afford it, I've got something for you too. You can ask as many questions as you want and fill out the form available below. I'll answer the most frequently asked questions live and give you advice, resources, help, so you can work on your own. During Hotline Esports live I invite professionals to answer YOUR questions as well. Most of the content already available is in French. From now on, content will also be available in English (I'm slowly translating old videos) I'm tired of seing goodbye posts on Twitter, hearing painful stories of how ONE failure led to the end of a career. Asking for help is not shameful. All informations below ⬇️

𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. Something that once felt far away, almost unrealistic at some point. This is not just a win, but a reminder of what consistent effort can actually turn into. few years ago I didn’t have a clear direction. I just knew I wanted more. More than where I was, more than what I was seeing, more than what felt possible at the time. So I started trying things. Failing quietly, learning, starting again. No big announcements, no validation, just me showing up every day and figuring it out as I went. At first my only goal was simple. Just get better, earn something, prove to myself that I could actually make this work. And I did. But like most people, there were moments where it started to feel like that was enough, like I could slow down a bit. That mindset is dangerous. Because the moment you tell yourself this is okay, you stop pushing. And when you stop pushing, you stop growing. I had to change that. I shifted my focus. I stopped just trying to get by and started building something real. I leaned into Web3, started putting myself out there, connecting with people and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. And that changed everything. It made me realize something. A lot of people don’t lack motivation. They’ve just outgrown their reason. When your goals are too small, your effort becomes small. When your vision expands, your actions follow. Right now I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m far from where I started and that gap means everything to me. So I’m raising the standard again. Bigger goals, more visibility, building things that actually matter and not getting comfortable too early. If you’ve been part of my journey in any way, I appreciate you. If your direction feels small, it’s probably time to expand it. The bigger the life you want, the bigger the standard you need. Web3 did this, God did this, see you at the top 💙🦅

François Truffaut on why he got more pleasure in directing a child actor than an adult in his debut film, "The 400 Blows" (1959): "To shoot a film with children is very enticing beforehand, entails a lot of panic while it is happening (because it is a fearsomely challenging business that is always slipping through one’s fingers), and is immensely satisfying afterwards. Even when I have a feeling that everything is going adrift, there is always something that is salvageable, and no matter what happens, it is always the child who comes across best on the screen. I also think that I get more pleasure from directing a child than an adult because I am just starting out as a director, whereas adults have already had experience at acting. I tend to be intimidated by their “seniority,” and when they don’t want to do what I tell them, I sometimes give up the struggle, or else allow myself to be pulled along when they do their thing, and I am never sure I’m right. A child’s sincerity is something I think I can feel absolutely. For example, through the whole length of the film, I had to wrestle with Jean-Pierre Léaud. He was terrific, but he was scared that he was going to come across as unlikeable, which meant that he continually wanted to smile. For three whole months I prevented him from smiling … and I’m sure I was right. That said, I was amazingly lucky to come across that kid. He was the character. Better still, he improved the film. I had been seeing Antoine as more fragile, more timid, less aggressive, whereas Jean-Pierre gave him his robustness, his truculence, his courage. He was an invaluable collaborator. He was able to find the right gestures spontaneously, he adjusted the script, always for the better, and he used the words that he wanted to use." (Truffaut's interview to Arts, 1959) P.S: On this day, 67 years ago, "The 400 Blows" (1959) premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.

#TAEYONG WEVERSE LIVE 🌹: "And there is one thing I’ve realized, that now when I’m alone, I don’t want to talk about the members anymore. Because I felt this even when I was in the military. Of course, I did do it a lot, but I think I came to think that talking about someone else when they aren’t around isn’t polite, no matter how much they are team members". 🌹: "We’re close and like brothers, but still, if you hear what you want to hear directly from the people involved, it’s much more comfortable for me, and I think it would be more comfortable for you all and the person involved too. (I’m trying not to talk about even that member’s TMI anymore. Actually, I did talk about it during the last interview. There was talk about the members, but because the other members might feel uncomfortable. I said that I wouldn’t talk about it. 🌹: "I asked for your understanding. So I hope you all understand. They did that for me . I hope you all understand, too. I think I regretted those things. Talking about the members' TMI or things like that in the past. They might have wanted to talk about it too, you know". 🌹: "And rather than just finding it fun for me to talk about, the people involved need to have something to say when they come. If I tell them everything, what are they going to talk about when they turn on the live stream again? If I tell them everything, they probably won't turn on the live stream at all. They won't even talk". *Pat pat* 🌹: "You all understand, right? Thank you" * Taeyong, I respect your decision. I hope those people who always do that can understand and respect your decision as well.

Caller: I'm a 58-year-old single guy, getting tired of working. I'm trying to get to retirement, I make $75,000 and nothing saved. I need to know what I should do to get there. Dave Ramsey: What do you do? Caller: I'm a trim carpenter. I trim high-end houses and build some custom cabinets as well. Jade Warshaw: Do you have any debt? Caller: I've got about $25,000 worth of mortgage and a $20,000 auto loan. Dave Ramsey: Why have you saved no money? Caller: I was married to a spender, and at the age of 50, got divorced, and I walked away with zero dollars. Dave Ramsey: That was eight years ago. Why have you saved no money in the last eight years? Caller: Well, getting back on my feet, I ended up buying a house. That's where the mortgage comes in. I've got $25,000 left on that. Jade Warshaw: So is that where your extra money was going, paying down that mortgage? What did it start as? Caller: Paying down the mortgage. It was a bank-owned property. I got it for a song in a great neighborhood. I put a fair amount of money into it, and that's where most of my money went. Dave Ramsey: And you bought a truck? Caller: No. I have a truck that's paid for. Dave Ramsey: What's the $20,000 vehicle? Caller: I know you're into cars, Dave. It's not a car. It's a motorcycle. It's a Harley-Davidson. Jade Warshaw: Well, we've got to get rid of that. Caller: I knew that was the first thing you were going to tell me to get rid of. Dave Ramsey: Yeah, that bike has to go. You did great on the house, but the motorcycle was a mistake. If we get you on an EveryDollar budget and you pick up extra work, you can save $2,000 a month. Over 10 years, that $24,000 a year will grow to about half a million dollars. By age 67, you’ll have $500,000 and a completely paid-for house. Caller: Okay. I do have about $23,000 in cash. Dave Ramsey: Well, then you've got your emergency fund in place. Jade Warshaw: That's great! Caller: I do have the emergency fund, right. I also have a term life insurance policy that's $100 a month for half a million dollars. Should I keep that, or is there a way to convert that to something else? Dave Ramsey: I wouldn't convert. It's just like, "I have homeowner's insurance and I don't have a home anymore, do I need it?" No, you don't. Because there's no one counting on you, it sounds like, for your income. Caller: No. Dave Ramsey: And the house is worth more than you owe on it. Do you have children? Caller: I've got three. They're grown. Dave Ramsey: Okay, so if you die, they sell the house and pay the funeral, right? Caller: Correct. Jade Warshaw: Let it lapse. Dave Ramsey: Yeah, I would close that out because you need that extra $100 a month toward our $2,000 a month goal. So, what I'm going to do is sit down and do a budget, and I'm going to come up with $2,000 a month. I'm going to sit down with a SmartVestor Pro, and I'm going to fill up Roth IRAs, Simple IRAs, and whatever else you can do as a self-employed person. The great news is, as a trim carpenter in high-end properties, you are in great demand. You've always had more work than you can take on. And so if you want to jack it up and make some extra money for a little while, you can do that. I'm always less tired when I don't feel like a hamster in a wheel, when I'm actually getting traction. Part of what's making you tired is you feel stuck.

Tim Robbins reveals he went 14 straight days without a single bite of food, lost 25 pounds, and unlocked total mental clarity "I just did a cleanse... one of those master cleanses. I just did 14 days on where you don't eat a thing for 14 days, and it's amazing how great you feel at the end of it." "14 whole days. No food at all?" "No food at all. No... It's lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup, and that'll get you through the day. And then every morning you're doing a purge, right? So you're cleaning all the poisons out." "14 days is a long time with no food." "It is." "What was the first thing you ate when it was over?" "You got to ease your way back in. Like clear broth first, then soups, then vegetables... about a week re-entry." "Do you experience mental clarity when you do that?" "Total mental clarity. First three days are tough, but once you get past the third day, your energy level is constant throughout the day and you can work. I play sports with it..." "How do you decide when to do it?" "Usually when you've been a little indulgent and you're not feeling too good... and you put on a little weight." "You must lose a ton of weight doing that. How much have you lost doing 14 days?" "25 pounds. About two a day." "And then your body's running completely on ketones, right? Because your body's running on fat... your mental clarity is just so much better. Everything just runs smooth. Flat energy throughout the day, no crashing after a big meal." "And you sleep less, too. You need less sleep for some reason." "Also, I think it's probably good to give your digestive system a little break, too. Just let it relax."

Mental Health Motivation today courtesy of me and Rondé Barber. So here’s the deal gang, 5 years ago, I was stuck in one of the darkest, most painful periods of my life. The dark gray got so bad I wasn’t thinking sensibly to the point where I would go to sleep at night hoping tomorrow wouldn’t come. This was well before I ever talked publicly about my depression, anxiety and mental health issues or wrote my book Unbreakable about it. So for the first time I did something I now implore alllll of us to do when we are hurting. For the first time… I FINALLY called my boys (my teammates in life) and told them how much pain I was in and that I needed help. I was heading to Tampa for the Super Bowl and the day before I left I called this man, Ronde Barber and two of our other friends Ben Heldfund and Brian Rhattigan and told them I needed to meet up down there because I was going through something. At first they couldn’t because they already had plans but then I communicated much more directly and said, “No, guys I NEED to meet, I AM STRUGGLING… BADLY!!!” All three immediately dropped their other plans and said, “What time and where? I got you!” I GOT YOU Their reaction changed everything for me that day. I think it was the first time I ever really truly told friends about my mental health battles in detail. I didn’t hold back. Didn’t try to wear a mask anymore and hide my pain behind the mask of a huge personality. I was real with them. Their reaction changed my life. Showed me the power of “I got you!” And showed me the power of opening up and leaning into my teammates. Folks, since I’ve opened up it’s turned friends into brothers and sisters. And those bonds will be the same bonds there for us now, in 5 years, 15 years, 50 years. Safety in Vulnerability was the greatest gift they could have given me. So I want to implore ALL of you… LEAN INTO YOUR TEAMMATES!!! I will do ANYTHING for my teammates. Ronde, Ben, Brian… thank you! I got you too!

BAEKHYUN REVERIE DOT ENCORE DAY 3 🐶: Since this is the final concert, I kept hearing people say, ‘Baekhyun is definitely going to cry.’ And honestly… I don’t like seeing Baekhyun cry because it hurts my heart…but at the same time, I kind of wanted to see it. But I don’t know why… the tears just won’t come. Why am I smiling like this? What is this? I really don’t know why. I think it’s just not time for me to cry yet. Maybe it’s not the moment. It feels like I still have a long road ahead, and when everything is more perfectly put together, that’s when I’ll cry properly in front of you. So when that day comes and I cry really hard, please don’t dislike me for it, okay? While being active, a lot of things have happened, but even going through all of that, I realized I wasn’t crying in front of you. I think it’s because I wanted to be a stronger, more reliable support for you. I want you to think, ‘No matter what happens, Baekhyun doesn’t waver. We worry about him, but he’s really strong.’ That’s the kind of thing I like hearing the most. And I’ll continue to be that person. I’ll work even harder and protect you all. So you can cry, you can come into my arms, and I’ll always be here, arms wide open, like a scarecrow… well, maybe not a scarecrow…like a cool mannequin. I’ll always be standing right here. (jokingly) Whenever you’re tired, lean on me. Okay? Don’t be disappointed that I didn’t cry today. To be honest, maybe it’s because of the instrumental, but I held back tears about three times already. Why are you crying? Don’t cry. My parents are here today too! if they saw me cry, it would probably break their hearts, because they know how hard I’ve worked. I love you.

Your Kids Don’t Eat too Many Calories… IT’S THE CARBS! This video is from Jason Whittrock where he is demonstrating that continuous glucose monitor shows a glucose increase in response to eating chicken nuggets In the least shocking news of 2025 thus far… they chicken nuggets increase blood glucose Big deal He claims kids aren’t eating too many calories, implying that it is the carbs that are the problem. He claims that kids aren’t eating too many calories because obesity affects poor families more, trying to imply that poor kids must eat less calories because they have less money… BUT WHAT DOES THE DATA ACTUALLY SAY????? Oh well look at that, poor families actually eat MORE calories compared to middle class & upper class families (PMIDs: 26809142, 27994148, & 31082447) OOPSIE! Guess he either didn’t bother to look up the actual research data or knew about it & didn’t care As for carbs causing obesity, this has been debunked many times over. In a large meta-analysis of controlled feeding studies that equated calories & protein but varied carbohydrate & fat intake, researchers found that people in high carb/low fat diets actually lost slightly MORE body fat than people following low carb high fat diets (about 16g more body fat loss per day… not a huge difference) PMID: 28193517. These results have even been demonstrated with huge differences in carb intake (over 300g per day vs. ketogenic diet) & insulin release (PMID: 27385608) While I agree with Jason that chicken nuggets probably aren’t the best nutritional choice, it’s not because they have breading, it’s because they tend to be high in calories overall. Sorry Jason, calories mattercise Makes You Smarter It seems like every day, new data is emerging demonstrating that the benefits of exercise extend far beyond the physical & go well into the mental space of the brain. Research has shown exercise can improve symptoms of depression, schizophrenia, bi-polar, & anxiety but more research is also demonstrating that exercise can enhance cognitive performance in healthy people This is highlighted by a new meta-analysis demonstrating that exercise of various forms improved academic performance in college students (PMID: 39310016). While the mechanisms behind the way this works still need to be further elucidated, we are starting to discover more & more that what happens in the body affects the mind & what happens in the mind affects the body. In the reverse direction, we see psychological stress associated with greater pain sensitivity, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and all cause mortality (PMIDs: 31568044, 32983091, 18371552, 34830968, & 27407085) E]]] want to take care of your body, take care of your mind.]

Day 134 Sober 🙏 Just hit 2 weeks in sober living and things are going great. Roommates are solid, I’m settling into a strong routine: prayer every morning and night, work during the week, meetings in the evenings, YMCA workouts in between, and relaxing when I can. It’s surreal how good I feel. A couple years ago I had the material stuff—good money, nice things—and I was miserable. Blew it all up chasing that old life. Now? I don’t have much in terms of stuff… and it doesn’t matter. I’ve got a clear mind, I’m on the right path, and God is walking this with me. That’s the real power. The rest will come in time. For now I’m grinding every day, investing in myself, becoming the best version I can be—so when the right special lady comes along, I’ll be ready to build something real. My birthday is this Sunday. Weird feeling knowing every one since I was 19 was wrecked by alcohol and drugs. This year I’m sober, present, and grateful. Not sure on plans yet—dinner with the housemates for sure, and some time with my mom and dad. I cherish every moment with them now. The promises of recovery are starting to show up early because I’m finally willing to do whatever it takes. No more self-will running the show. I’m just a regular guy getting his life back one day at a time… and it feels damn good. Your life is worth saving. If I can do this, you can too. You just gotta want it bad enough. You owe it to yourself to try. DMs always open if you need someone to talk to. #RebuildingSober #OneDayAtATime #Recovery #SoberLiving
