No plot armor. Just strategy and impossible decisions. Shikamaru was one "what a drag" away from quitting. 😭

Favorite part is when kakashi comes back and gets on tsunade ass for sending 6 genin and 1 Chunin for this S rank mission

😂😂

Man this team was so peak

Shikamaru was a damn good leader

WHERE BOYS BECAME MEN.

Fr!!

Nostalgia hits different when you come across a clip of an anime in the same language you originally watched it in, this is peak 🥹

@ElusiveEggo Actually 😂😂

They really sent kids out to do a Man’s job 😭

They had to grow up overnight

Also I love how Kishimoto flex Shikamaru’s Chunin vest the entire clip

My favorite arc. Three of my favorite fights in the whole series. Character growth through immense pain and loss. The arc that got me into… anime in general. Naruto Forever 💙

You know ball!!

I remember this arc really having me rooting for them to win and then the realization of their ranks and inexperience kicked in.

Sasuke Retrieval Squad

Neji just had to snatch some power back at the end “Show me your weapons” lmao

Wasn’t Rock Lee’s leg still broken during this time? Why is he in the background randomly with Neji😭

This is truly the boys to men mission.

Lmao. The way it ended when Sakura showed up

this where shikamaru became my number 1

Naruto’s smirking frame got me crying 😂😂😂😂

😂😂

Shino should’ve been on this team man💀💀💀 why would Kishimoto leave him out? Other than Lee cuz of injury, he was the last boy from the Konoha 12 that didn’t go but even Lee was able to get there at the last second to save Naruto🤣
