I have been flying with AI for over 18 years to India normal twice a year. But will now look at alternative airlines due to the substandard levels of service. Also when you make a complaint falls on deaf ears. Other airlines are also more reasonably priced.

Still not going to fly @airindia - mold in the aircrafts, leaking roof, awful ground staff and stones in in flight meals. Better to take a connection than regret every second
