Go to Houma or Lafayette for Mardi Gras. Great times no bs. I’m from Lafayette and my best memories are Mardi Gras. Houma has great parades too!!!!

This is what the French Quarter is like at Mardi Gras. You can’t move or you have to literally move with the crowd. It was fun a couple of years when I was younger in my 20s.
