Out of step, mostly out of shape, scruffy, long hair, unkempt beards - basically a gigantic, shambling pile of shit. I live near a base & I have actually seen a lot worse than this. The decline has been apparent for years, but things have gone into free fall in the last 5 years or so. The entire senior leadership of DND should be fired. Every senior officer associated with DEI should be let go. The rot goes so deep that a wholesale purge is required.
