Update: Word is they don't own or lease the parking lot; only the building. Hello. Please share and tag the Mayor of Harare and relevant authorities. For the past 2- 3 days I have been seeing Uebert Angel and his entourage at Arcadia Community Park and afterwards the whole park was cordoned off and marked as a no trespassing zone as it is now a private property. I then inquired only to find out that the park has been earmarked for the construction of Uebert's church. It's unheard of and would like to hear from the Mayor Jacob Mafume and the minister of Local Gvt Garwe if this is legal and what the council bylaws say about the preservation of community parks.
