Do you support Trump's executive order that all federal workers must return to work in person?

Absolutely we do! We stretch before every shift. Helps prevent injuries when you have a very physical job.

Good. This should be normalized. It is normalized in Japan and itโ€™s not because they are dumb. Prevents injury, builds morale, wakes everybody up, something to look forward to before the work starts. In my experience those guys are all making fun of each other while they do that and having a laugh.

Yea some places of work do these small stretches and exercises before a shift. Just promotes blood flow and a team mindset. No biggie really.

This is common in mining. And likely construction. Its pre-start stretching.
