I know it's a great idea But it just reminds me so much of grade 2 gym class

Do you support Trump's executive order that all federal workers must return to work in person?

Absolutely we do! We stretch before every shift. Helps prevent injuries when you have a very physical job.

We did that before the the beginning of every shift at Toyota in Cambridge. It was mandatory.

Gets the blood flowing before a long day of manual work, Healthy work routine โผ๏ธ

Good. This should be normalized. It is normalized in Japan and itโs not because they are dumb. Prevents injury, builds morale, wakes everybody up, something to look forward to before the work starts. In my experience those guys are all making fun of each other while they do that and having a laugh.

I work in oilfield in Alberta and Saskatchewan On projects and during Outages we do this all the time.

Yea some places of work do these small stretches and exercises before a shift. Just promotes blood flow and a team mindset. No biggie really.

Japan construction site doing this every day

Every day , morning stretches

This is common in mining. And likely construction. Its pre-start stretching.
