It's great that you're working on the visual aspect, but I think it would be better to work on the servers and on ensuring the website is error-free. Even compared to that crap from Faceit, it's the simplest possible look, but technically everything works practically with prblem

Developer is busy and it's vacation times, so progress is slow. We did switch to Prague location for servers, and after testing almost everyone in EU has great ping there.
