This World Mental Health Day, let’s work together to break the stigma surrounding mental health. Our government will continue improving access to mental health care because nobody should have to face these challenges alone.

Today is World Mental Health day, a day to help end the stigma surrounding mental health and create awareness. I encourage all of us to take time today to support those around us. Because mental health is health and our government is supporting the health of all Ontarians.

Today is #BellLetsTalk Day, a day to assess our own mental health and check in with those struggling, 1 in 2 of whom aren’t getting the help they need. Together we can change the conversation around mental health and reduce the stigma keeping so many from seeking help.
