Noem was just a few minutes into her remarks — not even close to the Q&A portion of the press conference — when a man (later identified as Padilla) starts shouting from the audience and approaches Sec. Noem. Authorities intercepted him and removed him from the room. Given the heightened anti-ICE threat environment, this seemed like the appropriate response to me. What do you think?
