Here is the recipe in English.

@GraceGym_ But does it retain a mold-free, spring-back bread structure for two years, like Aldi's?

The bread will not be this crispy unless you add a little cup of water for the first 20 minutes of baking, then remove it for the last 10. It allows the bread to rise with the extra most moisture in the oven

Recipe thanks to grok: **Super Fluffy & Easy Homemade Bread** ❤️ **Ingredients:** - 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast (or active dry yeast) - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar - 2¼ cups + 1 tablespoon warm water (about 110°F / room temperature is fine) - 4¾ cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (spoon & level, don’t scoop) - ½ teaspoon salt - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil **Instructions:** 1. In a large bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, warm water, flour, and salt together until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and let rest 30 minutes. 2. Pour the 2 tablespoons of oil over the dough. Mix it in gently until incorporated. Cover and rest another 30 minutes. 3. Perform three gentle stretch-and-folds with 30-minute rests between each: - Fold 1 → rest 30 min - Fold 2 → rest 30 min - Fold 3 → rest 30 min 4. After the final rest, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently shape into rolls, a loaf, or your preferred shape. 5. Place shaped dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet (or in a greased pan). Let rest 15 minutes. 6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 7. Optional for extra lightness & crisp crust: Place an oven-safe dish with about ½ cup ice-cold water on the bottom rack right before baking (creates steam). 8. Bake 18–22 minutes until deep golden brown. Enjoy your fresh, pillow-soft bread! 🥖✨ Like, save, share, and tag a friend who loves homemade bread! 🍞❤️

Looks divine and easy but no good without a recipe

That’s not no knead. She’s literally turning the dough multiple times.

So, I just made them. Was my first attempt at bread. My dough wasn’t as wet and I ended up with more of an American white bread style. They are really good!

but make sure the flour used isn't also sprayed with glyphosphate or you might as well buy in store - flour sourced in italy is a good choice

Why no recipe given?

Recipe would be so welcome please !! Thank you 🌷

will never understand why people videos of baking bread or any other product but – – – they never give the recipe – –? do you do that? Why no recipe?

Recipe please

It’s not kneading…it’s a slap n fold. Lol

How is that no knead? It’s moved about quite a lot before being picked up and, er, kneaded. It looks more like brioche

Definitely kneading that mf

Recipe

Pretty sure I saw some kneading in the video 😉 but still great 😀

What is the recipe? This looks so good!

There was kneading

The fold method lets you do interesting things with recipes since the dough can be too wet to kneed.

You kneaded the dough... lame

@cacaudessert os teus pães levam açúcar?

COULD YOU TELL US THE INGREDIENTS, PLEASE? THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Will you Send recipe to me ,looks amazing 🙂

Kinda looked like you were kneading it.......even if it's for a second, it counts ..🙄
