DISTRACTED DRIVING. This was from my chase this past Sunday. This is especially for solo grinders. We all do it. We're checking radar, we're checking the phone, we're chatting on our radios, all of the tasks involved with chasing are numerous. The road is empty...noone is around...or so we think. With this season being the lowest time of all times for #THFC, you’d like to think your club captain would embody “ALL TOGETHER, ALWAYS” On Sunday, there is a possibility this great club gets relegated, with every player including Romero being accountable for it. For him not to be at the club’s biggest game in their history is disgraceful, and even disrespectful to the fans that have stood by him throughout his fairly inconsistent time at the club. Even if we do stay up, I don’t see any way Cristian Romero can be a part of this club going forward. I’ll forever be grateful for his incredible contribution in Bilbao on this day last year, but I just don’t see any way back from this. A really sad way to go out.

Mohbad didn’t just love this girl… he made a whole song for her.. expressing his affection for her!! Without letting any of the negativity get to her.. You f000ls want to convince me that a 24yr old girl, that just had a child keed her husband because his imaginary property.. I’ve only heard this from people who’ve not ever even tried the low rep approach, and I’m confident they didn’t try it my way and here is why One of the very first things I noticed when I made the change to low reps sets, I stopped having shoulder impingement. Davis’s Law states that soft tissues (like ligaments, tendons, and fascia) adapt by lengthening or shortening based on the sustained stresses or positions they are held in over time. The fitness industry is full of examples of crab mentality. Crab mentality is the attitude where people in a group try to pull down or sabotage anyone who is trying to improve or escape or problem solve, like crabs in a bucket pulling each other back down.

One thing you notice about online content from Latin America is that they love to roast each other for not being white Argentine content does this a lot But you also see similar videos or memes put out from Mexicans, Peruvians or Bolivians in this case "Haha Peruvians ain't as white as us Bolivians" Anyone who has been to Bolivia knows that's not true lol But this type of humor really aligns well with how the locals treat each other in real life based on skin color And also how Latin American humor can be less PC

I hope more people are starting to see what's happening. Whenever people find a candidate to take on the corrupt system, the system protects itself by either co-opting the candidate or pouring in millions of dollars from AIPAC and/or billionaires to crush their campaign. It happened with Bernie and Massie, and it will happen to the next candidate the people put their time, energy, and hope into too. The only thing that can save us is each other. We the people must cast aside the divide-and-conquer politics of our corporate rulers and rise up together to fight for a better system that puts people over profits.

I hope more people are starting to see what's happening. My 7-year-old son thinks it’s completely normal for me to play chess with him while Tesla FSD drives us. But the more I think about this… it hit me. To him, Tesla FSD may not look like some amazing piece of technology... to him it’s just normal life. He never experienced a world where every second in a car required the driver to be fully focused on steering, braking, and navigating. For him, he sees a car that safely handles the driving while Dad spends that time talking with him, teaching him, laughing with him, or playing a game of chess. That’s a pretty big shift when you really think about it. Every generation grows up taking for granted things that once seemed impossible. The internet. Smartphones. Video calls. Now we’re watching the beginning of that same transition with autonomy. For many adults, FSD still feels futuristic. For kids growing up today, it’s become the way cars work. What’s fascinating is that the biggest change is what people do with the time it gives back. Instead of staring at the road for hours, families can spend more time together, learn, work, relax, or simply enjoy the ride. My son doesn’t see autonomy as a breakthrough, like me. He sees this as normal. And that’s how I know the future is here.

For people who think U-turns on narrow roads are a problem, check out this clip from Nagaland when I visited last year. They form a SINGLE LINE on right lane for making U-turn. No crowding at the U-turn, no cutting lanes, no honking. Everyone waiting patiently for their turn in Q. If they can do it why can't we? As I keep saying, it all comes down to 'driver behaviour'. If you fix driver error with good Driver education even our traffic can improve. MORTHINDIA is spending 2.70 LAKH CRORE Rupees each year on improving infrastructure but nothing on improving driver behaviour. There in lies the flaw... #RoadSafety

Today was not a normal day My friend went to his palm plantation like every other morning… calm,focused not knowing something was already watching him. Unknown to him a snake had spotted him first from the top of a palm tree. Before he could even react, it rushed down through the branches, struck him and tried to escape back up. Everything happened in second Luckily,the snake was killed before it disappeared but the real battle had just begun. I didn’t waste time,I rushed him out immediately to get help in a traditional way Moments like this remind you how unpredictable nature can be.Not every danger comes crawling on the ground… some are watching from above. But this could have gone very differently. If you were in that situation,what would you do first rush to the hospital or try traditional remedies? Who can guess what kind of snake this is?
