This family went out of town for vacation. When they got back they noticed the neighbor had cut down some branches from their tree that were hanging over to their side. No discussion, no contact, they felt like they waited until they were gone to trim the tree. Many people said that if it is on their side hanging over they have every right to cut those branches. A lot of people brought up “Tree Law” and suggested she had a case. 🤔 Looks like there are more branches that hang over as well. We have many trees in my neighborhood and many of us share trees that give us shade and hang over each other’s property.
