It blows my mind that false accusers are not in trouble for anything. This absolutely blows my mind and it just reiterate the fact that there is a two tier justice system.

False reporting should have an automatic jail sentence, if you’re an adult. If a minor does it, the parents should have to pay damages to the victims for x amount of years.

The system doesn’t take false reporting seriously. My ex wrapped up my whole family in cps, police, animal control and other agencies going from one to another making false reports to get custody of our kid! She even tried to have my cat and dog euthanized. Tried to have the babysitter arrested. She doctored texts and it was right there in black and white. All of it probably malicious… She lost, we proved she lied and I have custody. You think any da would press charges despite my family’s pleas? Almost ruined my whole life and the state doesn’t care.

This is the reason step parenting, step kids, blended families should be avoided at all costs.

Interesting that mainly women pull the false reporting to police and get away with lying to the courts.

Anyone who intentionally falsely accuses someone of a crime like that, or coerces a minor to do it, should be incarcerated for the same time the accused would have received.

Polygraph tests are not reliable. This has been proven scientifically. If anyone ever forces you or demands that you take a polygraph test to somehow prove your innocence, don’t do it because it may even give a false reading and make the problem worse. Best thing you can do is lawyer up if you are able to.

So this is exactly the difference between male & female abuse. We go on & on about violent men, which is indeed horrific. But this type of manipulation & brainwashing is how women do it & get away with so many times. It can be life ruining, just not in an instant, violent manner.

While I agree that someone who it's proven to false report should face penalties. In this case, these were children who were led to believe this happened by a manipulative adult. And definitely that adult should face charges, but the it's not the kids fault
