Now, let me take a moment to express how much I love, respect, and admire Becky. She is an extraordinary person, not only immensely talented but also incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuine. Watching her grow and succeed has been truly inspiring. From her acting to her confidence, her determination to her grace, she continues to amaze me with every project she takes on. I am so proud of all that she has accomplished and the light she brings to the world. Her ability to face challenges with strength while staying true to herself is something I deeply admire. Becky, you are an incredible role model and a beautiful soul, and I will always be here to cheer you on. 💖 Moving on! 😁 Let’s take a moment to appreciate that #FreenBecky, honestly, are a flawless duo. If you disagree, well, I hate to break it to you, but that’s just delusion speaking. Facts are facts, whether you like it or not! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Take a moment to consider that Becky’s name is part of FreenBECKY. They are recognized because of that, went global because of that, and, as a result, have been able to take on many more solo projects while also gaining even more recognition both individually and as a CP. How can you claim to care about Becky while constantly tearing her down? If you truly support her, it means embracing all aspects of her life, who she is, who she chooses to be with, and the people she collaborates with or considers her friends. It’s disheartening to see these so-called 'fans' trying to control her life. They undermine her, disrespect her, and throw insults with no regard for her feelings or well-being. Such people don’t deserve to be called fans. And let’s be honest, it’s not just one group at fault. While BTSS often take the blame, FTSS isn’t innocent either. Both groups contribute to the toxicity, and it’s truly disgusting to witness. Becky and Freen deserve nothing but peace, love, and joy in their lives. 🤍 If you don't love the other, at least show them the RESPECT they deserve... nobody told you to like them but at least show them the respect they deserve. 🫵 If you genuinely care about your favorite, show it by respecting and appreciating the person who brings light into her life, even if that person isn’t your favorite. You don’t have to like or love them, but at the very least, stop the childish behavior and let them live in peace. Grow up, touch some grass, and leave them alone. True fans prioritize the happiness and well-being of the person they admire. This means accepting relationships or collaborations that may not align with your personal preferences. Targeting someone with insults, whether it’s her co-workers or friends, isn’t just disrespectful; it’s harmful and likely takes a toll on both Becky and Freen. As fans, our role is simple: uplift and support. Becky and Freen have openly shared how much joy and calm they bring to each other’s lives, and if you genuinely support them, that happiness should matter to you too. Speaking to BTSS: If you’re not here for Becky’s happiness or to support her unconditionally, whether it's solo or CP work, then why are you still here? Save us all the trouble and leave, preferably while letting the door hit you on the way out. 😒 At the end of the day, all I want is for Becky to be happy. Seeing her smile genuinely, with that sparkle in her eyes that lights up everything around her, that’s all I need. And it’s clear that being with Freen brings her that joy. :🤍) Whatever their relationship may be, I sincerely hope they remain by each other’s sides for years to come. Becky’s happiness is what matters most, and knowing she has someone like Freen, along with her family, who brings that out in her, fills my heart with nothing but love. :) 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 P.S: videos used are not mine.. I'm not an expert at video editing, but I just wanted to compile a few moments to show their memories and happiness together. Try not to smile while watching the video btw 😁 and the ending 💅😌 #beckysangels #srchafreen #ฟรีนเบค

Some friendships don’t end. They fade in the exact places where you thought eternity lived. The voice softens. The messages thin. And suddenly, the person who once steadied you is just someone you scroll past. Zeudi has already survived that kind of leaving. A sister she once trusted with every version of herself stepped out of her life and never returned.. A girl she built her childhood around becoming a stranger who doesn’t even speak her name. That kind of loss doesn’t ask to be spoken about. It moves into your body like a second language. And it changes what you reach for next. So when Chiara came into her life, it wasn’t a cute friendship for the camera. It was weight. The presence of someone who didn’t require translation. Someone who stayed close without asking her to change, adapt, audition. For once, Zeudi didn’t have to earn affection. She just had to be there. And she was.. And it showed. The way her voice stopped rushing. The way her posture settled. The way she looked at Chiara with the kind of loyalty people only give when they’ve already been abandoned once and survived it. And then, Chiara disappeared too. Not necessarily with cruelty nor with finality. Just… absence. The kind that grows like dust: so slowly that when you notice it, it’s already everywhere. Maybe no one asked questions because no one wanted the answer. Because saying “they drifted” is easier than admitting something important was dropped without care. But we watched it. We saw what that friendship gave her. We saw the way she gave herself back to it. That kind of trust is not a minor thing. It’s not a storyline. It’s a scar choosing to heal. And she deserved someone who understood what they were being handed and held it with both hands. Now we stay. Not as compensation. Not because there’s a space to fill. We stay because we saw the whole picture and decided not to leave when the season changed. She wasn’t hard to love. She wasn’t too much. She was someone who finally believed she could keep something, and should have been right. And if the people she let in couldn’t see that, they’ll spend years calling it timing, or circumstance, just to avoid admitting they were the ones who let something so sacred slip through their hands. #zeudiners

Looks like Blake Bednarz has MONTHS & MONTHS & MONTHS of pent-up anger towards Candace Owens . This is actually disturbing & beyond the Charlie Kirk case or even the footage in question. It's a prime example of how social media can consume people, especially people who are struggling with their emotions & mental health. You can watch Blake's entire video on his Youtube. However, I do want to address the clips that I'm sharing here. 1) "I was basically begging her" ... Why is he begging Candace or anyone for anything? That should have been his cue to say, "Hmm, maybe I'm doing too much...just maybe." 2) "I don't understand the thought process" ... He can't understand Candace's thought process because NEWSFLASH he is not Candace. Candace's thought process is unique to her. That is why she is one of the top podcasters in the world. Imagine Candace doing everything that strangers told her to do. Lord only knows where she would be right now. 3) "I don't understand what would possess her" ... Candace is not possessed (in the way he meant it) & I rebuke Blake saying that over her life. The only ONE possessing Candace is the Holy Spirit. 4) "Months after months after months after months" ... He says this repeatedly. He's ruminating. It's as if he's unable to shift his mental state. He's stuck in a set. 5) "...us normal folk, that have been working just as hard as she has" ... This is self-victimization. He's attempting to make his situation look extremely unfair, which makes it seem as though Candace is on some kind of pedestal or throne. It's a love-hate relationship in his mind. 6) His body language ... It makes me really uncomfortable. This is probably why his family held an intervention for him. Something is going on there. This is not normal behavior & shouldn't be taken lightly. 7) Being upset because Candace has access to certain people ... It's as if he wishes he had access to those people & he doesn't understand why Candace (out of all people) has access to them. It's not hard to understand why Candace has access to those people. 8) "You need to seek life elsewhere. This channel, me, I am not for you" ... He is warning people before he cracks & does something he shouldn't. Very concerning. 9) "I wish I could talk to a virtual Candace" ... Sanity has left the building. The man is obsessed with Candace. 10) "and Candace, GIRL, if you are listening" ... First of all, Candace is a grown woman with a whole husband & children. Blake needs to put some respect on her name & her status. She is not a GIRL. He is being condescending & demeaning. Also, why does it seem as though he is imitating her when he says "it just kind of worries me that you're like driving the bus." VERY WEIRD. 11) "I'm trying to be nicer to people" ... Mmm, K. He says he has been through some stuff & that is quite obvious. He also says he has received threatening voicemails. If this is true, that is also unacceptable. No one should be threatening anyone. 12) "I'm seeing the Buddhist again" ... Bingo. Maybe you should stop seeing the Buddhist again & seek Jesus because what you need is peace & not just any peace. You need the peace that surpasses all understanding that only Jesus can provide. I said a prayer for Blake before posting this. I don't share that to sound self-righteous. I share it to hold myself accountable because before I speak about anyone, I want to make sure that I pray for them first. I may not do it all the time, but I try. I hope & pray that whatever is tormenting him (and it's not Candace despite what he thinks) will release him in the name of Jesus. Maybe log off, seek help & focus on that. "and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts & minds through Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:7

When poor Liesel (pronounced 'leezel', like the girl in The Sound of Music) was spotted, the finder thought she was dead. She was so weak, so terribly deathly sick that she had collapsed crossing a path and lay there, helpless, unable to move, out in the open. The finder rushed her to the nearest vet (luckily it was mine!), who immediately called me for advice. They had grave concerns, and they were right. Liesel is a victim of casual cruelty and overriding conceit. Liesel has been 'treated' by a small start-up 'rescue' and then abused, by being tagged, before being released. A hedgehog's coat of spines is their everything - their insulation and their suit of armour. They spend a lot of time grooming, scratching and shaking their coat to ensure all the spines are unhindered and can be aligned perfectly. The stress of not being able to do that, and feeling vulnerable, is overwhelming to these little animals. And stress stops the immune system from working efficiently, leaving the tagged victim open to every parasite and disease. Three rescues, a veterinary practice, and several members of the public have voiced their concerns to me recently about this spate of tagging. I have been collating the evidence. Every single tagged hedgehog found has died, despite treatment, because they were so terribly ill and stressed. To be clear: it's illegal to tag a wild animal without a licence. There's a very good reason why it's illegal to tag a wild animal - it causes them such terrible, constant, and unbearable stress. And stress kills wildlife. Under Section 14 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and Schedule 2 of The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017, "You need a licence to take a species from the wild.... to mark or tag. For example, to monitor, sample or manage the species after release." And a licence is only granted when the information likely to be obtained is so important that it outweighs the risk of death to the animal. Our hedgehogs have very little legal protection, yet they are protected from unauthorised tagging because it's well established that this activity places such a strain on the animal that they are likely to die from the stress. Yet you'll see perpetrators trying to claim that it's nothing, and they are "collecting vital information". No, they're not. They are playing scientist. Using the vulnerable animals entrusted into their care as disposable vehicles upon which to enact their expansive delusions. Super gluing a bit of plastic containing your phone number onto a hedgehog's spines, and then releasing him, is not 'research'. It's torture. It's abuse of trust. It's an ego trip. It's not gathering information - they aren't transmitters. They are bits of plastic. They'll never see that hedgehog again, or retrieve any information. All that will be learned from anyone finding that poor victim is that some irresponsible person with no real understanding of how hedgehogs work has contributed to their death. So make no mistake, if you are an inexperienced rescue and have copied one of these delusional rescues who have been applying these tags illegally, you too are breaking the law. More importantly, you are harming a gentle, defenceless animal who already has more than enough disadvantages to deal with. Liesel is still alive. Barely. After suffering at the hands of her would-be rescuer she has been slowly starving to death, and every parasite around has taken advantage of her weakened state. Believe it or not Liesel is a full grown adult, yet she weighs just 400g; the weight of a 5 week old hoglet. As you can see, her bones carry no fat at all. Each vertebrae is clearly visible and she is flat and frail. Even the effort of eating exhausts her. Her outlook is poor, but you can save others like Liesel. Just a dish of dry cat food put out each night is all it takes. That tiny effort, that small mercy, would mean hardly anything to you, but would mean the difference between life and death to them.

Wow... we learned so much about their relationship dynamics tonight. They've actually spent far more time with each other's families than any of us ever realized. Apparently, they rarely fight. And when they do, it's usually over the little things... like not replying to texts agad. We also found out that Bianca isn't really open to being courted, and Dustin isn't interested in pursuing anyone else. As Tito Boy perfectly put it...in other words, they're exclusively dating. One of the biggest takeaways for me is Bianca's mindset. It used to be career over love. Now, it's both. She no longer sees love as something that gets in the way of her dreams, but as something that can grow alongside them. We also discovered that Bianca is much more introverted than people think, while Dustin has such a naturally funny and carefree side that doesn't always make it on camera. And a sweet little detail.. Borgi was a gift from Dra. Aivee. None of these are grand, headline-worthy revelations. But together, they paint a picture of a relationship built on consistency, comfort, and quietly choosing each other every day. That's probably why so many people believe they'll last. Not because they're perfect. Not because they never argue. Not because they constantly put everything on social media. But because they seem to have built something that feels normal, grounded, and real. Now I finally understand why these two keep talking about, "Forever." Not because they're promising perfection...but because of the kind of presence they've become in each other's lives. A constant. A safe place. A home. I hope.. now you get it too. #DUSTINYU #BIANCADEVERA #DUSTBIA DUSTBIA MEDIA DAY DUSTBIA MEDIA DAY DUSTBIA MEDIA DAY

Well, friends, the interview the John O'Keefe and Karen Read trial world didn't know they wanted has finally occurred. I appreciate The Glarer for having me on his program. We discussed Kate Peter, I defended Lindsey Gaetani's honor, both sides agreed as to the importance of civil debate and leaving people's families out of the fray and then Will helped Olivia and I move towards amicable discussion. Overall, a 10/10 way to celebrate the day towel become a YouTube partner. Here are my two favorite quotes from Will and myself; [Grant] "If any of you took 10 minutes --not on camera-- to talk to Lindsey Gaetani, you would find someone who believes in God, who cares about her children, who's a good mother, and who's not any of the things you made her out to be. And by God I will defend that 'till my last day." [Grant] "I realized that there was just this toxic atmosphere surrounding this case, and I couldn't just say I thought it needed to change — I had to reflect that change in my actions." [The Glarer] "If you believe so much in Karen Read’s guilt, then the facts should speak for themselves. You shouldn’t have to bring people’s family members into it. [The Glarer] "But you know what I think, Grant? I think that you're a really smart guy. And I think you know you're a really smart guy. And I think what you do is, you convince yourself — because of how smart you are — that if you came up with it, it must be gospel. And that's where I think you get cloudy between the truth and your opinion." Here's the full transcript: [Grant] Well, good afternoon towel friends. My name is Grant Smith Ellis and in addition to becoming a YouTube partner today I also decided to call into The Glarer's show. It was the collaboration that the world didn't know they needed but now they have. And if you'd like to listen to this fascinating conversation, related to new allegations as to Kate MafiaMasshole Peter being a PI in the orbit of the Aidan Turtleboy Kearney prosecution, as well as somehow both Will and I eventually coming to a discussion where I defended Lindsey Gaetani's honor, along with a closing segment about the importance on both sides of the Karen Read and John O’Keefe case of being mutually respectful, even if we have differences of opinion on those facts, you can do so right now. Will and I shared a belief that positive changes in the Karen Read and John O'Keefe trial world, at least in terms of that improving dynamic as to disagreeing without being disagreeable, are evident. So enjoy the conversation, folks. It was certainly an interesting one. [The Glarer] You're on — who am I speaking with? [Grant] Hey, Will, it's me. I'm Grant... [The Glarer] — hold on, I gotta give you applause, buddy. You made it. [Grant] Well, we certainly may have different views on the case, but I think we share respect for Jesus and we can talk bad about Kate Peter for sure. [The Glarer] Yeah, that we can do. Sure. Sure. So what's up, bud? What do you got to say? [Grant] Well, I think if people have been following me on X, they will know I've been yelling about Kate Peter taking an envelope of cash in the Chick-fil-A parking lot in front of me for months. And I feel vindicated as of the news of this weekend. [The Glarer] Okay. Okay, so wait a minute. That tracks. So the person who is in this sworn affidavit who claims to have seen Kate Peter with the manila envelope — you're claiming to have seen her with the same envelope. Is that what you're saying? [Grant] It wasn't a manila envelope. Well, there's two pertinent facts. So Kate Peter and I met up for the first time — I would say it was in the winter of 2024 — in a Chick-fil-A parking lot somewhere on the South Coast, maybe near Raynham or something. Anyway, she came and got in my car and she was like, "Well, I'm waiting for someone in a white Toyota Corolla to drop me off money. We try to do it with cash so it doesn't leave a record." And I was like, "Well, this seems a little weird." And then the car pulled up. I didn't actually see the car. She got out, went over to it, came back into my car. It was a white envelope with a green thank-you card. She opened it. There were probably four or five hundred — four or five fifties and a bunch of twenties. [The Glarer] Wow.... Okay, now Grant, I gotta ask you a tough question, buddy. I would be remiss if I didn't do that, all right? Now, a lot of people are thinking the same thing I'm thinking right now, which is: how can we believe you? Where's your credibility? Because you've lied about so many other things so easily. [Grant] Well, I would challenge that and say maybe you have different perspectives on me, but that should reinforce what I'm saying here. The Melanie Little and Alan Jackson Aruba thing — I apologized for that on stream and in a post (because Melanie Little told people not to go after Lindsey's kids, and I found that honorable). [The Glarer] Fair enough. [The Glarer] You did apologize. Okay, so you apologized for that. Okay. [Grant] But I'm critiquing someone [Kate Peter] who would ostensibly be aligned with what I believe about the case, and I still believe what I believe about Karen being responsible for John's death— we don't have to get into it — but I'm critiquing someone who supports that view. That should reinforce my credibility here. [The Glarer] Yeah, and MicroDots backs you up at least on this thing, you know, he says he believes you on this thing. I'm just saying — dude, I've read what you've written. You're a talented writer, clearly. But I can honestly say I've got a whole community of people here — a shit ton of people in this chat right now — that I know would agree with me that if you made a habit of reporting the truth, you'd have support, you'd have readers, you'd have a whole audience. I'd be a fan! But your credibility is fucked with me right now, dude. You know, and I hate that, because I actually enjoy reading what you write. [Grant] I appreciate what you're saying. I think I would just say maybe it's smaller than your community, but I just got made a YouTube partner today. I'm actually celebrating that. I have a small community, people do support me — maybe not as many as support your channel, but it's just people with different views consuming different content. [The Glarer] Yeah, but the thing is — like, I'm content with my audience. My audience could be bigger, but I cuss a lot and I use words that offend people and I just don't kind of play by the normal YouTube game that most creators play when they grow, you know? And I'm okay with the rate at which my channel grows because I get to be myself. But I don't hold back and I don't play by these rules. So I get all that. But I mean, I'm not ethically doing anything wrong. If I were spreading misinformation or contributing to any spread of misinformation, I would have a problem with myself and what I'm doing. You see what I'm saying? Like, it's a little bit different. You're telling me that you're content with your audience being small because you like to make shit up? You know what I mean? [Grant] No, no. Because it's a new channel. That's why the audience is growing. Anyway, the reason I shake your hand is I do think you're authentic in your beliefs, even if we disagree. And well — before I forget, one more thing about that Chick-fil-A parking lot cash that's actually important: when Kate got that money handed over, she told me it was for a donation drive to help other people offset babysitting costs or whatever nonsense. Someone sent a text message — a family member of the person who paid her that cash — and they put in writing that they sent the money for Kate's own expenses. So she lied to me in the car about what the money was for. Something’s up with that. [The Glarer] So she told you in the car that the money was for... [Grant] She said it was to pay for babysitters for people who need help and to donate to other people, which I don't believe. Like, of course not. Nobody believes that. [The Glarer] And then you found out — through what — that this money was actually for her personal expenses? [Grant] Eventually a text message got released from someone in the orbit of whoever paid Kate. It was a family member — I don't know who it was. I've only seen the text message. I'm happy to reshare it on my X later. In that text message, it says — quoting the person — "I sent that envelope with my sister over to Kate. It was for her expenses" or something like that. So even that is evidence. [The Glarer] Wow. Okay, so you are strictly of the opinion, based on things you've seen yourself, that Kate Peter is absolutely being paid by the Commonwealth to spin narratives? [Grant] I'll give you one more piece of information, Will, and maybe you or your audience can track this down: I don't think Kate was involved in the Karen Read investigation directly, but I think starting in the fall of 2023 she worked for a private investigator named Marty Kraft. And I believe by proxy she was then retained to work on Aidan's case through that PI firm. [The Glarer] Okay, and then she just became the mouthpiece between the PI firm and the Commonwealth is what you're saying. [Grant] I will say a few things: I reasonably believe she does have direct contact with the DA and agents of the Commonwealth — I've said that before — and I also believe that she has favoritism towards specific witnesses in the orbit of this case. Not all of them — specific witnesses. [The Glarer] Okay, well, I mean, we know who they are, but okay. [Grant] I will also say — I think — that your caller was prescient earlier, and they mentioned there might be some mutual blackmail. Well, we know that Lindsey Gaetani’s phone extraction was manipulated to remove messages from Brian Tully to Lindsey and from Kate Peter to Lindsey. [The Glarer] ...what's your deal with Lindsey? [Grant] Hold, on let's pull it back first. First of all, I think there was a bifurcation: there's charges from October 2023 against Aidan and December 2023 against Aidan. One set of charges, from October of 2023, involved the Karen Read witnesses; the other set, from December of 2023, involved Lindsey. I don't think anyone set Aidan up in December 2023. I think he was just in love with Lindsey and it kind of got out of control. [The Glarer] Bro... [Grant] Well, but hold on, Will... [The Glarer] I'm listening... [Grant] I think that cell phone extraction goes right to the mutual blackmail point your friend talked about earlier. Someone, during the course of the Aidan Kearney investigation involving Lindsey, manipulated that cell phone extraction, and it could have only happened while it was in State Police custody. That is the whole — that's everything right there because of Kate Peter is the only person who could have gotten Brian Tully to get Nick Guarino to manipulate that extraction while it was in State Police custody before Tully leaked it, by hand, to Aidan's lawyer. [The Glarer] Okay, so listen, Grant. Like, we know that Kate Peter and Lindsey were colluding. Now, I think Lindsey was used. But come on, we know that Kate Peter and Lindsey were colluding to try to set Aidan up. Like, you know this. [Grant] No, I disagree, because I've looked at the timeline closely. Aidan begged to go over there when his indictments got handed down in December. [The Glarer] Well, listen — why? [Grant] Because he got charged in October, but the indictments for the October thing came down December 20th. [Grant] Then when did he beg to go over to Lindsey's? [Grant] I'm about to explain. December 21st, Lindsey tells him, "Hey Aidan, I just got a subpoena for a grand jury." Aidan's mind has gotta' start racing. "Why would there be another grand jury? Is it about me and Karen Read? What is this about?" So he begged her to go over there so he could find out. And that's — like — he looked at her phone that night to see the messages between her and Kate to try to find out about what this new grand jury was about. So no one set him up. He begged to go over there. [The Glarer] So you're just assuming that he begged to go over there based on...? [Grant] I know he begged to go over there. He was pleading because he wanted to find out what the new grand jury was. [The Glarer] The difference between you and Aidan is Aidan posts receipts, dude. But you don't. You get the difference? That's why Aidan has as much of a following as he has. [Grant] If you're asking for receipts of him begging to go over there on that day, I'm happy to provide those. I'll post them. [The Glarer] Then why didn't you do that already? [Grant] Well, I think because what I understand to be the evidentiary record from going to all the hearings is different than what people consume, because not everyone goes to every hearing. But I'm happy to do that. I have it all archived. [The Glarer] Okay, but the point is — like MicroDots is saying — that he was baited to go over there. So even if he begged to go over there under whatever circumstance, we have proof — we've seen proof — that he was baited to go over there based on false information that she was pregnant. [Grant] No. No. She was pregnant. [The Glarer] Oh my, Grant, bro... [Grant] Okay. I will swear on my God about that. [The Glarer] Hold on... [Grant] Well, to move on, I was going to give you some credit. I was going to say you might have been right that the subpoena issued to Lindsey, without her knowledge, could have been to bait Aidan. [The Glarer] But she wouldn't — how do you explain the metadata on the pictures that she sent him of the sonogram, dude? [Grant] First of all, if you're talking about someone's pregnancy — that's a medical issue, and to bring it up on air disgraces Jesus. [The Glarer] Oh, come on, Grant. [Grant] Let's not. [The Glarer] Alright, fine. We won't talk about that anymore. But let's face it, dude — you're making excuses for this girl. And why? Like, do you have a crush on her? Is that what's going on here? And it's okay. [Grant] Oh, oh, please. When I first came into this case, I saw a woman walk into a courtroom, and I started listening to her story. And even in this conversation, there are multiple things I corrected where you were willing to say, "Okay, Grant, maybe that is what happened." And Lindsey doesn't have anyone out there who is voicing that for her, so I'm taking the opportunity to do it. [The Glarer] And do you wonder why she doesn't have anyone voicing things out for her, dude? [The Glarer] Because Aidan isolates people! [The Glarer] Get out of here with that. Stop. Again with the whole "it's Aidan's fault" shit, man. That's between you and Lindsey, dude. I'm asking — like, I asked you why you think that. Nobody is going to bat for Lindsey. And I saw receipts. I heard a recording of her — you're talking about somebody who I heard a recording of [that night with Aidan in December of 2023]. This is... Come on, Grant. [Grant] I was in the courtroom. I saw the people crying when that tape was played. And you know what I also heard, Will? I heard the original version of that tape that didn't have her consent to record, which is why Aidan got charged with felony wiretapping. [The Glarer] Okay, but you're not denying that she said that, right? [Grant] Listen, I have never been awake at 12:30 in the morning. I'm not a woman. I've never been confronted with that situation. I would never pass judgment on someone in that situation. [The Glarer] Every woman that I've ever heard express their opinion on it — pretty negative, dude. Just saying. Pretty negative. Especially the moms. Especially the moms. [Grant] So I don't think any people talking in that way — I don't think you've even met this woman. [The Glarer] You're right. I have not. I have not met her. [Grant] And if — I don't know if she will ever do this — but if any of you took 10 minutes, not on camera, to talk to this woman, you would find someone who believes in God, who cares about her children, who's a good mother, and who's not any of the things you made her out to be. And by God, I will defend that 'till my last day. [The Glarer] Alright. Declared. Got it. I gotta' ask you one more question though. Why are you saying stuff about Olivia Nile — Olivia Nile and her mom — being paid agents for the defense? Come on. [Grant] Okay. Hold on. Hold on. Let me just explain that. I know that's Olivia Lamb. Okay? [The Glarer] Right, yeah, same person. Yeah, yeah. [Grant] Okay, so we all know Christina Lamb does boutique PR consulting for lawyers. She's good at it. Olivia’s good at it. They should own it. I want to interview her. [The Glarer] What — how is that proof, though? That Olivia Lamb is being paid by the defense in some way? You see the problem? [Grant] Hold on. That is an extrapolation some people may make. My argument is only that what she does looks like PR for the defense. I think Olivia hasn't been paid since last year. [The Glarer] But she's saying that's not even what she does, dude. [Grant] Okay, maybe it's not. But I think Olivia's contract ran up at the end of the first trial, if you want me to be very blunt with you. [The Glarer] Contract? [Grant] Mm-hmm. [The Glarer] But her mom doesn't even do that either — what the fuck’s her mom got to do with it? [Grant] Well, why would her mom run some random boutique PR consulting firm for lawyers, and then Olivia just shows up with this extremely high-level acumen, rivaling lawyers? [The Glarer] But that’s not what she does. She's saying that's not even what her mom does or what she does. [Grant] Okay, well, I looked at her mom's website. I archived it going back a few years, so I can post the screenshots again. And I know what she advertised herself as doing. [The Glarer] But you know what I think, Grant? I think that you're a really smart guy. And I think you know you're a really smart guy. And I think what you do is, you convince yourself — because of how smart you are — that if you came up with it, it must be gospel. That's what I think. And that's where I think you get cloudy between the truth and your opinion. Because you state your opinions as though they're fact. And I think that's an ego thing. I don't even think it's malice. It’s just ego. That's what it comes off as, anyway, dude. Because everything you say — every time I ask you, "Where's your proof?" — you explain how you came to your opinion. You give me a laid-out story. Go back and listen to this later on — you'll see what I mean. [Grant] Well, I don't even doubt you, actually, that I'm firm in my convictions. If I'm not there to experience something, I do not know the truth. But I've seen the screenshots. I only found out Olivia Lamb was Olivia Lamb because I found an archived X post where she shared something very sentimental about her grandfather. I didn't like that. I didn't appreciate having to talk about that. But it became relevant because I wanted to know why she was involved in the case. I will listen to her tell me I'm wrong. I want to interview her. [The Glarer] Yeah, but you can't just, like, trap people into interviews by threatening to spread lies about them if they don't, bro. What kind of shit is that? [Grant] Nothing that I said about her grandfather, her acumen or her mother's work was incorrect... [The Glarer] But why are you even talking about her family, dude? Like, that's really low, man. Like — that's... It's low, man. It's low. Her family didn't have nothing to do with this, man. She's doing this because she cares about it. And then people start talking about people's family members and shit. And it's like — it comes off as a not-so-subtle form of intimidation, frankly, Grant. You know, trying to get somebody to shut up. [Grant] No, I don't want to do that. I want to learn about why she's interested in the case. [The Glarer] But you could see how somebody could see it that way, right? Because what if her family starts telling her, "Hey, stop talking about this. Why are we being brought into your shit because you're passionate about something?" What if her family does that and puts her in an awkward position? And then people are cheated out of some really good insight because of that. [Grant] My brother — my brother who at four years old had a colectomy, three-stage, and is developmentally disabled as a result — has a profile someone made mocking him on X. That's a profile that people I respect engage with. Usually I overlook that stuff because I don't believe the people engaging in it are trying to do that. And I hope people realize I'm not doing that to her. I authentically want to know why Olivia's covering this case. [The Glarer] That's all right. So — but that's my point, Grant. I'm just saying, like, if you believe Karen Read is guilty, why not just stick to the facts? Because you don't see me going after anybody's family. You don't see Olivia going after anybody's family, talking about people's family and exposing their family and what they do. You know what I mean? That's not cool. I don't do that. And Olivia’s saying that she will happily talk to you anytime about why she's interested in the case. You see what? That's my point. That's my point — if you believe so much in Karen Read's guilt, then the facts should speak. Everything that you put out there — the facts, the details of the case, and the way you interpret those facts — that should be enough. You shouldn't have to bring people's family members into it. Come on. I feel like you're better than that. That's all. I still have faith that you're better than that. [Grant] Yeah. And I think that's the perfect place to end, because you've given me a lot of time and I share your sentiments. I think that is crucially important. You don't see me out there in the past six months or twelve months talking about Melanie Little, or Olivia or her parents anymore. [The Glarer] I have seen improvement, yes. I have seen it. [Grant] And let me just say why: because I came to believe that there was this toxic atmosphere surrounding this case, and that I couldn't just say I thought it needed to change — I had to reflect that change in my actions. And that's why that happened. So that's it. That's how I feel. [The Glarer] Okay. Yeah, I mean, everybody’s entitled to their feelings and opinions, man. We all are. But yeah, I’m glad that we got this talk. I got to express some things I wanted to express to you. You were very receptive, and I appreciate you coming on and being respectful and being cool. And you’re welcome here anytime, Grant. I can see that we could talk about pretty much anything, and it's fine. That will always be welcome here — no matter what we disagree on. So I appreciate you, Grant. [Grant] God bless, Will, enjoy the rest of your Saturday. [The Glarer] Have a good one. Alright, Grant, y'all. Alright, I'm gonna take another call. Let's do that.

After several days of replaying #NoEspaçoEntreNós trying to transcribe every word like it was some kind of sacred secret 😅… I think I've reached the end of this journey and honestly, it was beautiful 🥹 I've lived in different places, experienced different cultures, tried all kinds of food, seen a variety of landscapes, and listened to music from all over. But the journey I've lived through the voice of Alanis Guillen is, without a doubt, the most sensory experience I've ever had in my life. I always believed music is magic, that sound can move you just as much, if not more, than visuals. But I never really understood how a voice, just a voice in a language I don't even speak, could reach me like this. And that's exactly what happened with Alanis. If I used to think her strength was in her gestures or physical acting tools, I now understand it's something much deeper: it's all of her. Even without the visuals, her voice contains everything. There's something in her cadence, her tone, her vibration, the way she breathes through every line… that wakes something up in me. Even when I had to pull out a dictionary just to keep up, she still managed to move me emotionally. It was a balm for my ears… but also a doorway into understanding. Because in the end, I didn't just want to hear it as music, I wanted to understand it. Understand Maitê. Understand the story. Not just stay with the beauty of the sound, but actually embrace its meaning. That's why I made the effort to translate every word 🥹 And in that process, I ended up valuing even more not just Alanis's artistry, but also the work of everyone who brought this project to life. A story that, at first glance, might remind you of other sci-fi narratives or tech-based connections… but that, in its deeper construction, is built on a deliberate contrast: the human vs. the artificial. Because Lilith is, from the very beginning, an artificial intelligence programmed to simulate, process, and respond through a constructed emotional logic. And Maitê, on the other hand, is the complete opposite: raw humanity in its most vulnerable, contradictory, and alive form. Alanis gives Maitê a body that cannot be seen, but can be deeply felt… And it's precisely in that clash that the story finds its meaning. If at any point someone didn't feel a strong connection between them, I get why now: it's not meant to feel like a traditional, natural relationship. It's a constant tension between two natures that were never meant to fully align. One exists from the structure of the artificial. The other from the overflow of the human. And in that impossible space between them, the story breathes. Anyway, as I've already rambled on (true to myself 😅) I can only be grateful for having had the chance to experience this. And while at one point I even thought about translating the entire script, let's be real… I have a life to live 😅... so I'm leaving here just a few subtitled excerpts in English for those who don't speak Portuguese. Obviously, I'm respecting the work and avoiding spoilers, because even though I imagine MOST of Brazil has already listened to this story (and if not… what are you even waiting for 😏), I still really hope more people get to discover it. And I hope the platform adds subtitles someday, because it's genuinely worth it 🙏🏻 And I end this by thanking Alanis once again 🥰 Because there are voices that interpret stories… and there are voices that bring them into existence. Yours didn't just narrate Maitê… it turned her into someone who breathes inside the listener. And in that process, it goes beyond performance. It becomes a way of opening space, of bringing sapphic characters to life without reducing them to their orientation, but allowing them to exist as full human beings: complex, emotional, contradictory, alive. That matters. And that's your impact, Alanis ♥️

Analyzing Episode 58. Season 2 aka Balancing the Scales This episode was some of Sinem and Ozan's best work. Their expressions landed every single time, and, frankly, short of screaming what the story is trying to say, they did everything they could to convince the audience that CihAl was, is, and will remain the endgame. With that out of the way, let's begin. We start the episode with Cihan shitting literal bricks as he sees Alya is already at the konak with Sadakat and Meryem arriving, right behind him. The reason is clear - he's caught in a difficult situation yet again. He doesn't want things to look like he's overriding Alya's existence in his life as its core, but circumstances keep making it so that he's put in awkward situations, which only compound his fear of pushing Alya past the point of no return. Meryem is all smiles and teeth at seeing the konak, but the minute her eyes land on Alya, her smile and her eyes drop to the floor. Almost like she was expecting something else entirely, but reality has shamed her. Her eyes remain downcast throughout the entire time she's walking towards Alya, as if Alya's the truth she can't cross eyes with. Alya, on the other hand, remains standing tall. She doesn't flinch, doesn't express any outward anger, but you can see the storm raging in her eyes. When Cihan tells her Meryem will have to stay at the konak, she merely looks at him and nods. And you can see terror mixed with shame (I think) on Cihan's face, but hers remains clear of emotion. And then she walks away, saying she needs to collect Deniz because she's tired. Now that's an exit. Poised, calm, and leaving behind an absolute massacre in the onlookers. The scene where Deniz meets Meryem is another masterpiece because it's very subtle in the message it delivers. Which is - human relations go beyond blood, beyond memory, beyond societal impediments, if the love on both sides is strong enough. When Deniz says he's named after his father, the little boy is telling the truth. Cihan may not be his father in blood, but he's the father Deniz loves, the father he chose for himself. Then the same message is repeated through Deniz about CihAl when Sadakat tries to create trouble by saying Alya and Cihan are divorced. To which Deniz innocently replies, they may be divorced now, but they can get married again. Again, highlighting the importance of human connection. CihAl keep choosing each other through whatever challenge life throws at them, because they love each other equally. Yes, marriages and divorce can be forced, but it's the presence or absence of love that determines the final outcome. Case in point, Alya's marriage to Boran, Cihan's marriage to Seyda, Nare with Ozkan, Zerrin and Demir, etc., etc. That's what anyone opposing CihAl doesn't understand. Love finds a way. Always. That's what the story has been about since the beginning - that love will stand strong in front of all, as long as what you feel is truly love, and not some imitation of it. Also, *hint* *hint* that's the second time someone has mentioned CihAl getting married again, so it's definitely coming. Now for the scene where Cihan and Alya talk in their room. Cihan is right to be afraid of Alya here because he's a first-hand witness to how Alya reacts when she's been betrayed. He's seen how she took off Boran's ring and buried it with him after she found out about the will. An extreme situation compared to this one, absolutely. But fears don't use logic. Cihan knows Alya is strong enough to move on, to rise from the ashes - her strength is what he loves and fears at the same time. So, when he says 'Think of the Cihan in Alya's eyes, I don't want to be that Cihan' he's saying I know it looks like I disregarded you and broke your trust again, but that's not how things were. He needs her to show emotions, not because it'll pander to his ego, but because that's a sign she's still involved. That she's not near the point where she says 'enough is enough.' Alya, on the flip side, can't show her emotions. Because, unlike what Cihan fears, it's because she's so in love with him, so involved, that she's afraid to even ask what Cihan feels. Because if she learns Cihan's past isn't just the past, that he still loves Meryem, it'll shatter her unlike anything else. Despite it all, Cihan manages to reach Alya somehow when he pleads, 'I need you to communicate with me.' It's like his fears break past her barriers and, in turn, allow her to open up a little to him because she admits she doesn't know what to do, and then out comes the real question, 'Don't you feel anything?' Kudos to Cihan for not dodging the question and saying whatever he feels for her is just memory and gratitude. Salak. And I say salak with all my love, because he still misses the elephant in the room. The point is the imbalance. When we tell someone they're the only love of our life, we want an equal declaration in return. If not, the loop remains incomplete - with one side a little more invested than the other. And, CihAl's story thus far has been the opposite of imbalance. Their story is about symmetry; they reflect each other in love, in wounds, in loss. Basically everything. So, how is it that Alya's only love is Cihan, while his isn't? It's not. And that's where that necklace reveal becomes important, but we'll get to that later. For now, let's talk about that little talk in the car. The story itself is giving us hints that this imbalance won't last long, because the minute Alya talks about her first brush with romance is the moment jealous Cihan makes a return. He gets jealous of a nameless, formless, 16-year-old boy who once had the audacity to date his wife. That is, he can't tolerate a contender for Alya's affections even in memory. Cihan is extremely possessive about Alya, which is why he doesn't waste a moment to remind her she told him he's her only love. And Alya, being Alya, doesn't waste a moment in reminding him that he didn't. And then she turns the screw a little by telling Cihan not to burn his heart over her teenage crush because she never planned to marry her crush, nor is she conveniently living under the same roof with him. Mic drop. Cihan's face at that moment is a study in being hoist by one's own petard. Because he's expecting Alya to be okay with something he can't even stand the idea of. He's jealous as hell, but he can't do anything about it. But why is all this happening? Because one of Cihan's biggest truths is - he loved Meryem and lost her. In truth, he didn't love her, which is why he didn't fight hard enough, which is why he lost her. If Cihan had truly loved Meryem the way he loves Alya, he would have fought until the bitter end. Like he's doing for Alya. That's the truth. In Uzak, true love isn't passive - it demands to be seen, to be felt, it doesn't sit back quietly and accept defeat. In this story, love demands to be chosen. And Cihan didn't choose Meryem, not in the way it matters. So, why can't Cihan just accept the truth already? Fear and guilt, I think. Fear of the magnitude of what he feels for Alya, and what losing her would do to him. And guilt because some part of him knows he didn't do for Meryem what he's doing for Alya. And of course, now there's the burden of her shitty ex, too. Nonetheless, fate keeps pushing Cihan to realize the truth, over and over again in this episode. Another glimpse of how passive Cihan may have been in his relationship with Meryem is the dinner scene. Sadakat points out how much Meryem loved stuffed kebabs, and Cihan is barely listening. This is the same man who knows what Alya likes to eat when she's on break during duty. When Meryem points out Cihan's allergy, he says it was something he had in the past, but no longer. Almost like he's comparing the feelings he once had for her to an allergy. What an allegory. See? The signs are all there, but Cihan isn't picking up on them completely. Then fate ups the ante with the arrival of Chef Engin. The first thing Cihan asks Alya when Engin is gone is - Is that him? As in, is that the boy you said loved you? The man goes off the rails in 0 to 60 seconds, and keeps coming up with excuses like he may have changed his name or appearance. The idea of not being the only man in Alya's life makes him lose his cool while Alya rightly points out that she's not the one living with her 'first love' currently. Which then leads to Cihan spending the night at the office. So, fate manages to teach him one lesson here. Which is - ask only for that which you're ready to give. Cihan needs emotional exclusivity from Alya, but hasn't given her the same yet. He's not built to share Alya, not with the past, not with a memory, not with anything. But the second he feels even a fraction of what Alya's been going through, he unravels marvelously. And that's the entire point of that sequence. It's not just jealous drama, it's exposure. Cihan is slowly being led towards the one truth staring him in the face. That's where the necklace comes in. Thus far, Ciho seems to be operating under the misconception that Meryem has moved on, like him. But that necklace (and the video) prove otherwise. Meryem's current attachment to him throws neutrality out the window. Because Cihan will now have to set absolute boundaries, and in doing so, understand why he's setting them. Why what he feels for Alya leaves no room for anyone else because he can't stand the idea of something similar in Alya's past, present, or future. Because they are each other's exception, and everyone else was the rule. And that's it from me for now. Till later. Happy reading, y'all. #CihAl #UzakŞehir

Carol Vorderman in conversation with James O'Brein over Reform UK's Makerfield by-election candidate Robert Kenyon's insulting remarks JOB, "Carol Vorderman has asked Robert Kenyon, a Reform UK's candidate in the imminent Makerfield by election, for an apology, for posts on a now deleted X account in which he, Well, you'll find out, if you don't know already, she said, I want an apology from Rob Kenyon to me and to all the other people he's abused online." JOB, "I sat down with Carol yesterday afternoon to talk about this and, one or two other things. It occurred to me, just sitting down now, Carol, that this is not something you, you sought because you haven't been in any sense reticent in recent years with your political opinions and even with activism, but you've been dragged into this deeply unpleasant situation entirely innocently." JOB, "So unpleasant, in fact, that I'm not sure I can repeat, I'm not sure I'm comfortable saying in front of you the words that Robert Kenyon chose to endorse and defend on, social media." CV, "Well, I am, because it's important that people know. And this is just one comment. He has made multiple comments which are online abuse about me and lots of other people. So the one specifically about me that he endorsed was I want to smell and lick Carol Vorderman's eight letter word beginning with A." CV, "And reform have said, oh, it's just locker room banter. I don't know why they're using the term locker room, by the way, because I thought we said changing rooms in this country. But that's an entirely different, different, question. But the thing is, James, I'm not upset by it, I am angered by it." CV, "And the reason that I'm angered by it is because every woman listening, any woman who is on social media will have similar said to her, either abusive, all the other things that he said. You know, there was some forum that he was on, rugby, league forum, and they were posting pictures of the girls, the women who play." CV, "And then he was saying, oh, English women, they don't care. All they want to do with their fat bellies, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Then there was some, European women. Then he was saying, you know, oh, you wouldn't get me off them with a bazooka." CV, "You know, all this stuff, stuff about abortion. I mean, it's just disgusting stuff. And it's not just one comment, it's a tirade of online abuse. And every woman listening who has had that will know how it makes them feel." CV, "And so I am angry that a political party can take this person on one without obviously vetting him properly. But also that they just defend it and they're fine with that." JOB, "He was not a politician at the time. He was an ordinary man from an ordinary place, said Danny Craig group." CV, "Really? That's what. Yeah, that's what posh boys, who lead the Reform Party think, of ordinary men. Well, ordinary men generally are lovely, you know, they really are." JOB, "We do our best." CV, "Well, you are. And they respect women. All of that is true. But you have this growing minority who are extremely abusive. And I'm 65, James. And so I've been, you know, and women my age, we've been through the hard years." CV, "So in the 70s, you know, I was a bright kid from a comp in North Wales. Free school meals kid. And it took, you know, a lot to get to a Cambridge college because there were only, three girls colleges." CV, "And I think four or five had gone what they called mixed. So these are boys colleges taking on women's colleges. And it was like, why wouldn't you? You know, I was from a boys and girls comp, but we had to go through that." CV, "You had to be the first woman to do this. First woman from a state school. Northwest goes Cambridge first. You know, I was, I think, when I did engineering, There were about 300 students in our year, four or five of them were girls. I worked underground, me and 2,000 men, all this." CV, "So we have done the hard years over decades, all that. I wanted to be a fighter pilot. You can't, because you're a girl and you don't have the appendage that's required. You know, all of this nonsense that we had to put up with. So, for me, that this Reform Party is saying on day one, they would repeal the Equality act." CV, "And we all know what that means. So, you know, the protections against harassment of women in the workplace, the, equal pay, maternity leave, maternity pay, all of those. We're going to scrap all those. So it is indicative of the way in which this might go, as we've seen in America." JOB, "I think talking of ordinary men, the person who pushed back against him on social media was. It was a rather better model of masculinity." CV, "Yes, absolutely. So he's the author, Chris Ryan, who is a former SAS hero, a very successful author. Chris is his pen name. And, he absolutely defended me because he is a real man." CV, "He's not a pretend. He's a real guy and a guy who respects women." JOB, "I suppose, in some sense, the writing was on the wall with the leadership of reform who have not responded by the way, to, our, requests a, response to these allegations of misogyny, including the comments directed at you." JOB, "But when James McMurdoch Ended up in Parliament just after the last election, and, it quickly emerged that he'd been jailed for attacking a former girlfriend." CV, "Yes. And here is another example, a very serious example of, to me, reforms, excuses for things. So I think it was a Times newspaper fact he only got in with a majority of 98." CV, "So imagine if this information had been available beforehand about him. So, shortly after he was elected in 2024 as a Reform MP, I think it was a Times newspaper, found that he had been convicted and served time for, assaulting his girlfriend." CV, "He then said in his defense, oh, it was a push. Then the official court documents show that she was on the floor. He was kicking her multiple times while she was on the floor and had to be, dragged away by two security guards." CV, "Very different stories. Richard Tice then defends it, saying, oh, well, he's served his time. That was a long time ago. It doesn't matter. I am sorry. It matters. It matters to women. We know how much harassment online has increased and offline." CV, "So this is a time for all women to stand up and say, enough now, we are not going backwards." JOB, "I suppose one example is. It could be chalked up as accidental or carelessness. But two examples and emerging patterns speak of something altogether more sinister." CV, "Yes, well, Lee Anderson, bless him, when he was a Tory. That was after he was a Labour." JOB, "Yes." CV, "And now he's a Reform." JOB, "Correct. Well, at the time of this conversation, we'll have to check before we play it" CV, "out on the program tomorrow. Yeah, so he was, in the Conservative Party at the time and he was slinging insults to me all the time on Twitter in, the days when we used to be on Twitter. And, you know, obviously now he's reformed, he thinks it's perfectly acceptable." CV, "So there is a pattern there with this party. And, that is my concern that they will, if they get into, and they've stated it out in the open, we will repeal the Equality Act." JOB, "It's surprising to me when people like Danny Kruger talk about ordinary people. An ordinary man for an ordinary man." CV, "When he went to Eton." JOB, "Yeah. And, well, also his mother is on telly as well, so, you know, he or she at, at least will be aware of the misogyny that police. Yeah, yeah. You think that that might have given him a slightly more sensitive insight into what it's like for women like you. And, and you are tough. I mean, I don't mean that in a patronizing way." CV, "I take it as a compliment." JOB, "Good, I'm glad you do because you are perfectly capable of looking after yourself. A lot of women, both online and offline, are not, of course, and those are the kind of women that, misogynistic men prey on." CV, "But the thing is, I, I have a tough skin now because of all of the abuse over decades. And it. You know, I can remember when I wore a short skirt to the BAFTAs. I was age 39. Well, it was like I'd killed my grandmother the next day." CV, "It was the quest. Even the BBC made a whole Kilroy show about it. Flew this dress in copy dress from Paris. And, the question was, should a woman age 39 wear a dress above the knee? Jeez, I mean, that's my lifetime. This isn't Victorian days or my mother or post war." CV, "This is me in my lifetime. So, you know, as I go back to the beginning, women my age who love the fact that our daughters or nieces, or grandchildren have, can play football, you know, very happily can be applauded for what they do in sport." CV, "Can be. Oh, another thing that I'll, Kenyon said was that women can't referee, drive, take directions. And he had a go at various female sports presenters on the telly. You know, it's constant, it's consistent." JOB, "So they're not, they're not up to the job. They're only there to tick a box. And then declaring and From a political point of view, this is interesting actually stating I'm sexist. Sorry, but I am." CV, "Yeah." JOB, "And then the defense from reform UK becomes. These comments were made before he entered politics. He's perfectly entitled to his own personal opinions." CV, "That was three weeks ago." JOB, "Yeah, yeah. It's extraordinary that he can state that because Murdoch didn't get dropped by the party for the conviction for battering his ex, he got dropped after it emerged that he'd taken Covid loans out under the COVID support scheme. I think that's still ongoing." JOB, "But to state I am sexist, sorry, but I am in 2024 would have probably been a career ending revelation. Do you think? We're going a bit backwards, But I think we" CV, "have the potential to go backwards and we now, you know, generally you go, life's good. You know, doing this, that and the other. When I began my career as an engineer, funnily enough, not many women then were talking about having a career because not Many women have been to university and all of that." CV, "Now, thankfully, decades later, women are having careers. But also, housing was a lot cheaper then. So now we need to. You need, two incomes to fund a mortgage generally in this country." CV, "So the whole business of, oh, well, we're going to scrap the law that says about equal pay. That's going to affect people directly. And this is what I want people to understand, really. This is. I was unaware of just how uninformed I was about DACA until I watched a video by this young woman whose story led me to research the issue further. To sum it up: Obama's DACA is less a solution and more a form of purgatory for 'Dreamers'. Like many of the Democratic initiatives, it was marketed as humanitarian, but in reality, it was pure political. In 2012, Obama introduced DACA, but let's call it what it was - a political move that only a heartless person could enact. It gave young immigrants, who came to the U.S. as kids, a glimmer of hope wrapped in bureaucratic red tape. Every two years, these "Dreamers" must pay hundreds of dollars to avoid deportation, creating a cycle of stress and expense that's more akin to punishment than protection. Obama's policy was inhumane because it didn't solve the problem; it gave false hope. This was clearly a political move, not a compassionate one. He could've pushed for real reform but chose this half-measure instead, leaving these young people in a legal limbo. Critics often point to Trump for tightening immigration policies, but let's clarify: Obama's DACA laid the groundwork for the current turmoil. By not pushing for permanent solutions, he left these young people vulnerable to future policy shifts, including debates over birthright citizenship, which only increased their insecurity. Essentially, Obama's DACA is akin to giving someone a life sentence with the illusion of parole that never comes. So, let's stop blaming President Trump for what Obama initiated. Obama's legacy in this context is one of false promises and sustained uncertainty for Dreamers, making his approach not only ineffective but also cruel and inhumane. We must remember this when discussing who is truly at fault for the plight of DACA recipients. Obama created a scenario with DACA that now desperately requires legislative correction. This young woman, who came to the U.S. at the age of two, knows no other home. She was given a social security number but barred from most government benefits, including no financial aid for education, a restriction I support. She managed to work three jobs while going through nursing school just to maintain a semblance of normalcy. Because of Obama's DACA policy, she couldn't travel to see her family abroad without risking her status, effectively isolating her. Imagine dedicating your life to a country, only to be unable to visit your family without risking everything you've built. That's the harsh reality for DACA recipients - rooted in America but unable to spread their wings back home. She's essentially a blameless person who seeks only legal status to contribute to society. So what do y’all think is the solution for people like this young woman? This is my opinion for this solution because there are 611,000 DACA recipients and NO birthright citizenship from this point forward: ◦This happened in 2012, these DACA aren't seeking handouts but are asking for a chance to continue contributing legally. The only way that could happen is for Congress to work on legislation that provides a clear, merit-based path to citizenship for those who've shown they can contribute positively to American society. ◦I still believe that our borders must be secure 💯, integrating those who've built lives here, paid taxes, and followed the law can be part of a balanced approach. ◦Simplify the process for DACA recipients to gain legal permanent residency based on their contributions, education, but must have ZERO criminal activity. This strategy would confront our current reality without undermining legal or economic principles. It's about fairness, security, and economic growth for all Americans.

I am the Senior Vice President of Cultural Strategy at Nike. My department does not make shoes. My department makes people say the word "Nike" 4.2 billion times in 72 hours without paying for a single impression. I have a model. We call it the Kaepernick Yield Curve internally. Slide 4. The number. $6 billion in brand value. From one man kneeling. Cost of distribution: zero. The entire internet did it for us. Both sides. At the same time. Sharing the same thirty-second spot. Saying our name while they burned our shoes on camera. We watched them set fire to a product they had already purchased. That was the moment I got promoted. The formula requires what we call a Cultural Tension Index. Every country has fault lines. Not geological. Demographic. Linguistic. Chromatic. We map them quarterly. The Netherlands scored a 94 in February. France was a 91. Japan is at 87 but rising. I have read Geert Wilders' platform. Not for politics. For market research. Every grievance he names is an engagement segment we can activate with a single kit reveal. I have read Le Pen's manifesto. I have read AfD campaign literature. I have a folder on my desktop called "Sentiment Reservoirs" and it contains every populist platform in Western Europe indexed by activatable emotion. Housing crisis. Wage stagnation. Cultural invisibility. The feeling that the country your grandfather built now speaks a language you don't recognize. These are not problems to me. These are market conditions. I'll tell you how the Dutch kit was built. We partnered with Patta. This is the part I'm proudest of. Patta is real. Edson and Gee, twenty years in Amsterdam, genuine street culture, Surinamese and hip-hop roots baked into the concrete of Zuidoost. The community is authentic. The collaboration is authentic. We are not authentic. We are selecting authentic things and placing them at the exact intersection where they will generate the maximum argument. Patta doesn't know they're the match. They think they're the product. Remove: orange. Remove: windmills. Remove: tulips. Remove: every signifier that one demographic considers "theirs." Insert: steel drums. Insert: African prints. Insert: bodies that do not look like the 1988 squad. Not because those bodies don't belong. They do belong. That's what makes it work. The ad is CORRECT. We made a correct ad that generates more outrage than an incorrect one ever could. Because you can't say it's wrong. You can only say it makes you uncomfortable. And discomfort is worth three times what outrage is worth in our model. Outrage peaks at 48 hours. Discomfort cycles for weeks. We don't sell shoes. We sell the argument about the shoes. I have a dashboard. It's called ROAR. Return On Algorithmic Rage. It refreshes every six minutes. I can watch the Netherlands kit travel from right-wing accounts ("demographic replacement") to progressive quote-tweets ("if this bothers you, you're telling on yourself") to mainstream think pieces ("What Nike's Dutch Kit Reveals About European Identity") to late-night monologues. Each handoff multiplies the impression count by 2.3x. We have never found the ceiling. The far-right accounts respond in four hours. We know this because we tested it with the France kit in 2024. The progressive defense takes six hours. The think pieces take thirty-six. The "I'm not racist BUT" accounts — the ones who feel something and don't know what to call it — take seventy-two hours. Those are the most valuable. They share the ad to say "I'm conflicted." Conflicted shares have a 4.1x engagement multiplier over angry shares. Both sides share the ad. Here is what I find interesting. The far-right says elites are replacing them. The left says this is representation. In my budget, both words appear on the same line item. "Replacement" and "representation" are the same P&L entry viewed from different positions in the income bracket. Neither side is wrong about what's happening. Both sides are wrong about who benefits. The answer is in our quarterly filing. Page 114. The workers in Tangerang stitch this kit for $204 a month. Eleven-hour shifts. Factory dormitory built within walking distance so Nike's supplier doesn't have to offer transportation stipends. It costs $3.70 in labor to produce a jersey that retails at €150. The Dutch factory worker in Eindhoven whose job went overseas fifteen years ago and the Surinamese kid in Zuidoost whose grandmother came on the last boat from Paramaribo — neither can afford this jersey. Both will argue about it online. For free. One is a "response cadence" in our model. The other is a "content asset." Neither is a customer. Both are inventory. I mention the wages not because it troubles me. I mention it because it is the one detail that generates zero impressions. No one screenshots a wage slip. No one boycotts a supply chain. They boycott a COLOR SCHEME. They share a thirty-second ad to prove which tribe they belong to while a woman in Indonesia sews the swoosh onto polyester for eleven hours and does not have an opinion about Dutch identity because she is thinking about whether her daughter can attend school this term. The word "diversity" appears in our marketing budget. Not under "values." Under "earned media catalyst." Line item 7. Right between "athlete controversy window" and "geopolitical sentiment farming." We discovered something the sociologists missed. You don't need to give people representation. You just need to show them their own face. Showing is cheaper than paying. A face in an ad costs one production shoot. A living wage costs quarterly, forever, compounding. We replaced redistribution with recognition. The algorithm cannot tell the difference. The quarterly filing can. Both sides share the ad. My team is seven people. The Cultural Tension Mapping unit. We sit on the fourteenth floor in a room called "The Fault Line." There is a world map on the wall with color-coded pins. Each pin represents a national team kit that has not yet been released. Each pin has a number. The number is the projected earned media value of the controversy that kit will generate. The Netherlands pin said $340 million. We came in at $410 million. I got a spot bonus. I need the wound to stay open. If the Netherlands solved its housing crisis tomorrow, our CTI drops forty points. If wages rose. If integration succeeded so completely that nobody felt displaced. That kit becomes just a kit. A pretty collaboration between a sportswear brand and a streetwear brand. No one argues. No one shares. No one says our name for free. We don't need the problem solved. We need the problem shareable. I have a meeting in eleven minutes. We're looking at the 2027 cycle. Japan is interesting. A Harajuku collab with no cherry blossoms. Brazil without yellow. England without St. George. Every country with an identity has an identity fault line and every fault line is a product launch. The kit itself? The kit is beautiful. That's the thing nobody wants to admit. It's a gorgeous piece of work. Patta did extraordinary design. The community it represents is real. The culture is real. The celebration is real. We just noticed it would also generate $410 million in free advertising if we positioned it correctly. Both sides share the ad. The graph goes up and to the right. It has never gone any other direction. I have a 2027 pin for every country with a flag.

Analyzing Episode 42. Season 2 aka Of Thresholds, Truth, and Taking Sides It took a while for me to come out of the euphoria we all experienced thanks to ep 42, but I managed somehow. I had some questions while watching the episode live, such as how Alya and Cihan could just do the deed when, a few episodes ago, they were all about acting correctly. Or whatever happened to Cihan’s pesky guilt? Or was this really the right time for the writer to bring in halvet? I watched and rewatched with those questions until I picked up a few details I’d missed earlier. Hopefully, this analysis will help clear out some cobwebs in your grey matter, too. So let’s get to it. We start the episode with Boran watching Alya and Cihan dance with murder in his eyes. To say the zombie is jealous would be an understatement. He then marches on to the middle of the square, grabs Alya’s hand, and announces who he is to the whole wide world. He thinks he’s all macho when he does that. There’s a sense of puffed-up self-importance about him, like he’s trying to prove how brave he is. Fortunately for us, his little bubble of boorish chauvinism goes ‘pop’ the minute Demir’s little henchman fires a bullet at him. And that’s Boran for you in a nutshell. He thinks he’s all that, but he really isn't. It reminded me of the scene where Cihan says he knew the instant Boran regretted k-wording Sulaiman because the seriousness of his stupidity had finally begun dawning on him, but by then it was too late. It also makes me think the zombie has serious self-destructive tendencies, combined with impulsiveness and resentment. This man is a recipe for disaster. Because think about it. He chooses visibility over safety, knowing it would unleash all kinds of hell, but does it anyway. He would rather burn everything than accept the hand he’s been dealt with humility. This was Boran crossing over the threshold. Now, let’s switch to Cihan. We all knew Ciho was going to jump in front of that thankless freak because of his hero complex (a side-effect of Sadakat’s conditioning). But, I think Cihan saving the zombie this way also highlights his own nature and the narrative at large. Because with his protective gesture, Cihan makes it clear that he doesn’t see Boran as a rival, he has no ill will in his heart for his brother, and that the right man was made Ağa because his protection isn’t contingent on who he loves or likes (unlike the zombie). That responsibility and sacrifice have been bred into Cihan’s very core is rather clear in this scene. It makes an excellent contrasting juxtaposition for the viewers between the two brothers. Both men make decisions in this scene, but the whys and hows couldn’t be more different. Now, let’s take a moment to go back to the questions I mentioned right at the beginning, relating to the halvet, Ciho’s guilt, and the timing of it all. Upon rewatching the episode, I realized that what happens in this scene sets off why we end the episode with consummation. Just keep this in the back of your mind for a bit, as we cover the other parts. Another scene that caught my attention in untangling the theme of episode 42 is Alya and Cihan’s talk after poor Yalcin has to extract yet another bullet from Cihan’s person. Why? That’s simple. It highlights Alya’s fear of losing Cihan. The way she points out the bullet could have pierced his heart, her telling him he needs to control his self-sacrificing tendencies, etc. I mean, Cihan keeps joking to get Alya to calm down, but the truth is, she’s very afraid. She loves Cihan more than her own life; we know that. But the lives they lead, the danger that always follows them, and Boran’s dark presence keep hounding this woman day and night. In such a situation, would it really make sense to keep denying your true feelings when it could all end in a second? Nope. That’s why I marked this scene as Reason no 1 of why the episode ends the way it does. The next scene that stood out to me in the scheme of characters choosing sides is, of course, the jail showdown. There’s a popular opinion in the fandom that Sadakat is afraid of Boran, etc. I am not of that opinion. Because so much of Boran is Sadakat, and that’s very clear in this scene. Instead of accepting the blame for the clusterfuck of a situation he’s created, the zombie blames Cihan. That reminds me of how Sadakat says she would never have threatened the nurse to give an innocent woman blood thinners if only Alya had agreed to leave. See? It’s never Sadakat’s fault. It’s always someone else’s actions that force her to behave badly, blah blah. Like mother, like son. Not surprising. What was surprising was the way Cihan behaves because he makes it very clear he’s picked a side (Next to Alya) and he’s not budging. This is Cihan crossing his point of no return because, in other words, what he says is, appeasement and brotherhood before all is a thing of the past. And here’s the key to the ‘guilt’ question. What Cihan observes of his brother, episode 39 onwards, probably makes him realize there will be no pretty way to make Boran let Alya go. Being the good brother and taking a step back wouldn’t change Boran; it would just make Alya vulnerable. Then there’s the fact that Boran revealing himself endangers everyone, including Alya and Deniz, so restraint is also dangerous now. Finally, nothing helps cure Cihan of his guilt more than Boran being himself. We tend to glorify the dead. And nostalgia can warp more than clarify. When the series began, we met a Cihan Albora caving under the guilt of not being able to save his brother. Now, we see a Cihan who is slowly beginning to realize he idolized what never should have been mourned as innocence. Boran’s actions help fracture his myth that the Albora siblings built in their minds. That helps free Cihan from a parasitic type of devotion, built on illusion rather than the truth. This is Motive no 2. Motive no 3 is when Cihan catches Sadakat in the act of trying to prey on Alya’s weakness - Deniz. I’m not saying Cihan sleeps with Alya because he wants to manipulate her into staying. But, in the overall scheme of things, I think Ciho recognizes that he can trust no one to look after Alya and Deniz, to keep them safe from Boran, except himself. I think he knows after that point that curbing his feelings creates a distance between him and Alya that leaves her exposed, emotionally isolated, and cornered. In other words, it leaves her weakened. However, choosing her fully, being with her body and soul, can become her shield. So, in a way, for both Alya and Cihan, intimacy morphs from being born of desire to also being about presence. And once they realize that, near the end of the episode, the line between waiting and giving in becomes rather faint. Now, let’s talk about THE scene. Did you notice how the opportunity for consummation comes about? A blocked road. That’s how. At the beginning of the episode, fate intervenes to kick-start a series of events that force all the characters out into the open, violence goes public, loyalties are divided, insights are achieved, and secrets are brought to light. By the end of the episode, fate intervenes again, with a blocked road that pushes Alya and Cihan into a space far removed from their family lives, scrutiny, and threats. The hand of destiny, it seems, narrows down their path, until only one direction remains: inwards, towards each other. What looks like an inconvenience is, in truth, another threshold. Another point of no return, for both Alya and Cihan, this time. So, why did Alya and Cihan finally give in to their feelings? In short, because it was time. Besides the boundless love they feel for each other, there were external factors pointed out throughout the episode. And then, they got the perfect opportunity and went for it. Still, was this really the right time for Gulizar to write about lovemaking? I think so. I think instead of trying to act correctly, for once, Alya and Cihan acted honestly. They went with their hearts. How will this play out in the future? Well, I don’t know. But I sure as heck am excited. Till next time, Happy reading y’all :D #CihAl #UzakŞehir

If you're a Christian man, it is obvious to see that the world is controlled by Satan. Everywhere you look, we see evidence of this—from entertainment to politics to social media. It is clear that the enemy's agenda is at play, and it's an agenda designed to sabotage the men who have influence in the kingdom of God. And if you’re an entrepreneur who’s been struggling with your weight… You are being affected by this satanic agenda. Why Your Health Is Under Spiritual Attack: My name is Gabe Pluguez, and since 2019, alongside my business partner Joey Yochheim | Default Kings , we’ve been helping men break free from unhealthy patterns—for good. And we don’t just help men “get in shape.” We teach them a faith-based approach to changing their unhealthy habits so that they actually keep the weight off permanently. Like Jim— shown in the video, a 70-year-old C-suite executive who lost 53 lbs in 5 months, kept it off through the holidays, and has sustained it since after working together. Like Alex— shown in the video, a crypto entrepreneur and a dad of one who’s lost more than 40 lbs, has gotten abs, competes in Jiu-Jitsu, and has kept it off for over 2 years since after working together. Like Gavin— shown in the video, a 50-year-old father of six who was busy running multiple businesses but still lost 32 lbs in just 12 weeks. Or like Vinnie— shown in the video, an entrepreneur who’s lost 50 lbs and has kept it off for over 2 years since after working together. So here’s the thing. You already know the truth. You know that you shouldn’t be eating garbage. You know that you should be exercising consistently. You know that God made you in His image and that you’re designed to be strong and actually commanded to honor the body He gave you to carry out His mission for your life. Yet… that's not the reality you're experiencing. Why You Keep Failing to Fix This (Romans 7:15) You're experiencing exactly what Paul talks about in Romans 7:15: “I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate, I do.” These are your unhealthy default actions. And if you’re like most Christian entrepreneurs, you’re probably sacrificing your health at the altar of your business. You tell yourself: • “I’ll fix it later.” • “Business and family obligations come before me.” But here’s something that might make you uneasy… That is the exact lie that the enemy wants you to believe. The Lie That’s Keeping You Weak, Tired, and Ineffective: Satan wants you to believe the lie that you are incapable of honoring your body while stewarding everything else. He wants you: ❌ Exhausted ❌ Weakened ❌ A slave to gluttony and sloth ❌ To set a poor example to the people you’re called to lead And additionally... Satan wants you dead... Early... Because if your body is weak, you’re easier to tempt. If you’re out of control, you have less influence over the people you’re supposed to lead. And if you die early—then you’re not even here. And maybe you’ve known this for a while. You’ve tried keto, intermittent fasting, Weight Watchers, Personal Trainers, or even Ozempic… But here’s the part you haven’t heard before. You’ve Been Lied To. You’ve been trying to use a temporary Band-Aid on a spiritual wound. Mainstream diet methods promise a quick fix… but they leave you discouraged and defeated. That’s why studies show that 90% of people who try these diets gain the weight back. And after so many repeated failures, you start to accept the lie from the enemy— “I just can’t figure out this one area of life.” And here’s what makes it even worse. Your pastors aren’t helping—they don’t talk about gluttony because they’re still struggling with it themselves. Other Christians make it harder. They say: 💬 "It’s no big deal!" 💬 "God gives you grace!" 💬 "Come on, one donut won’t hurt!" But I need you to ask yourself: Are the men telling you this the type of men you respect? Are they disciplined? Are they leading by example? Or are they justifying their own addiction to comfort? How I Know Exactly What You’re Feeling: Maybe you’re reading this, and you already know all of this. You know you shouldn’t be eating junk… but you do. You know you should be working out… but you skip it. You know you should stop turning to food for comfort… but you still do. And if you’re feeling convicted right now, I understand. Because I was once enslaved to sin in the exact same way. For over a decade, I was addicted to pornography. I was having premarital sex while still trying to be a Christian leader. I read my Bible, went to church, and knew exactly what I needed to do… Yet I kept falling into the same old pattern. I felt like I fraud. And, there was even this moment when I was finally convicted—just like you are now. I told my ex-fiance: “We’re not having sex anymore.” She looked me dead in the eyes and said: “If we’re not going to do that, then I’m leaving.” And I looked right back at her and said: “Okay. Leave. I choose Jesus.” She walked out the door. And I was proud of myself. I thought: “Thank you, Lord, for the strength to make this decision. I can finally honor You.” And then… Less than 24 hours later, I completely caved. I went right back to the very sin I swore to leave behind. And I remember standing in the bathroom afterward, looking in the mirror, so disgusted with myself that I couldn’t even make eye contact with my own reflection. I had completely lost hope. I told the devil: "You win." But that was a lie. And what I experienced next completely changed my life— And it’s the exact same process that will change yours. The Turning Point: How Everything Changed When I applied the process that I’m going to share with you today, not only did everything change… I experienced blessings in this area of my life that were so far beyond anything I had ever imagined. I broke free from addiction, married the love of my life, started working on a family, and 10x'ed my business, all while staying consistent and leveling up in my own fitness And that’s when I realized: 👉 This isn’t just about losing weight. 👉 This isn’t just about not being fat anymore. This is about the blessings that God has for you on the other side of discipline—blessings so powerful, so life-changing, that once you experience them, you will be incapable of doing anything except saying, “Glory to You, Lord.” How Do You Actually Go About Doing This? This is the exact process that I’ve helped over 800 guys (at the time of this post) go through inside our Christian-focused coaching company, Joey and I were responsible for all the transformations you'll see at These were men just like you. Men who were: • Losing weight temporarily but always gaining it back. • Struggling with multi-decade-long food addictions. • Convicted that they were called for more. • Fathers, husbands, even pastors—who knew God could redeem this area of their life but struggled to connect their faith to their fitness. But they finally broke free. And there were three key things that made that transformation possible. #1: They Changed the Unhealthy Default Actions That Were Keeping Them Stuck All of these men were struggling with things like: ❌ Overeating and mindless snacking ❌ Skipping workouts ❌ Eating late at night, binge eating ❌ Hitting snooze, sleeping in ❌ Overdrinking, struggling with food addiction ❌ Falling off the wagon on weekends, vacations, or business travel And worst of all? 👉 They would lose some weight… then let their habits slip again… which led to the weight coming back. 👉 Their body fat affected not just how they fit in clothes, but how other people saw them—even their daughters and wives started noticing and nagging them about it. 👉 For some of them, their hearts had become ticking time bombs, and they knew if they didn’t change, they would eventually suffer consequences that affected not just them, but their families and marriages. And even though you would think these things would be motivating enough… Like you’re probably thinking right now, “I should be motivated enough to change.” They were still choosing: ❌ Comfort over discipline. ❌ Food over their families. ❌ Laziness over being the leader their people needed them to be. #2: They Didn’t Have a Sustainable, Effective Approach That Worked With Their Busy Life Most of them had already tried: 📌 Dieting, weight loss challenges, personal trainers. 📌 Just trying to “get serious” and eat cleaner. 📌 Fad diets like Keto or Intermittent Fasting. 📌 Making their wife their accountability partner (which never works, because no man wants his wife to be his mommy—and no wife wants to be her husbands mommy). But nothing worked, because none of these were tailored to their bodies, goals, and lifestyle. 👉 The plans didn’t fit the busyness of home life and work. 👉 They didn’t account for vacations, networking events, or client dinners. 👉 They made them feel weird or awkward at dinner time with friends and family. 👉 The nutrition was too complicated for their wives to support. And worst of all? They were straight-up unsustainable. So they would always fall off the wagon—and the weight would always come back. #3: They Didn’t Have Real Accountability From Other Christian Men They Respected They tried using: ❌ Their wives (again—no wife wants to be their husband’s accountability partner). ❌ Their business network (but those guys were focused on business, not health). ❌ Their church groups (but their brothers in Christ didn’t have the specialized knowledge to help them actually execute). So between: ❌ Unhealthy default actions ❌ A lack of a sustainable, effective plan ❌ Not having real accountability They stayed stuck. That’s Why Default Kings Is Different We developed a system that actually works—one that helps you realign your default actions with your true identity in Christ. Because the problem isn’t that you don’t care. The problem isn’t that you’re unaware of these things. The problem is that your current system is failing you. Right now: 📌 Your default actions have brought you here. 📌 You don’t have a sustainable approach. 📌 You don’t have an effective plan. 📌 Your environment is full of people who reinforce your excuses instead of calling you higher. And every time you try to change, you keep getting pulled back into the same cycle. That’s exactly why we built Default Kings. Because this is not just another weight loss program. This is a battle plan for Christian men. A system designed to permanently rewire your habits. A system designed to rebuild your discipline. A system designed to finally help you take back control of your body and mind. Here’s What You’ll Get Inside Default Kings: 1. A Network of Christian Entrepreneurs Who Refuse to Let You Fail You’ll be surrounded by other Christian entrepreneurs who are walking the same walk. You’ll see the men who have already broken free. And when life gets hard, when you get busy, when motivation fades…This brotherhood will step in and keep you accountable. Because this isn’t just about fitness. This is about transforming into the man God called you to be. 2. The Default Actions Framework This is where the mindset shift happens. We help you reprogram your default actions at the core so that: ✅ Instead of battling cravings, you instinctively make better food choices. ✅ Instead of forcing yourself to work out, you naturally show up and execute. ✅ Instead of gaining the weight back, you become the man whose habits keep the weight off. This isn’t about forcing discipline. This is about making discipline natural. 3. A Simple, Results-Driven Eating System That Works in Real Life Forget: ❌ Extreme diets. ❌ Cutting out carbs or red meat. ❌ Being too busy to eat healthy. You’ll learn to eat in a way that actually increases your energy while still enjoying life. You will not be: ❌ That weird guy bringing Tupperware to client dinners. ❌ The guy starving himself and feeling miserable. ❌ The guy who can’t enjoy a meal with his wife and kids. That is the entire purpose of Default Kings. We are here to make sure you win. Right Now, you are standing at a crossroads. You have three choices—and only one leads to transformation. Path #1: Do Nothing. Go back to life as it is. Click away from this page, pretend like you never saw this, open up the Uber Eats app, and order another comfort meal. Keep making excuses. Keep telling yourself, “I’ll figure it out later.” And six months from now? Nothing will change. Six years from now? You’ll still be frustrated, still lacking discipline, still convicted every time you look in the mirror—until you just accept it. And when that moment comes, you’ll wish you had taken action today. If you go that route, I pray for you and trust in God’s plan for your life. Path #2: Try to Do It Alone. You can take what you learn on X or chat GPT and try to piece together your own plan. You can do hours of research, attempt to hold yourself accountable, and try to willpower your way through it. And while that’s better than doing nothing… That’s the most common way that men fail. Because if you were capable of holding yourself accountable, you would have done it by now. If you had the time and knowledge to create a sustainable, effective, Biblically based fitness plan that works for your lifestyle, you would have done it by now. But you don’t need just another diet plan. You don’t need just another workout routine. You need a proven system that: ✅ Removes the confusion so you’re never guessing what to do next. ✅ Holds you accountable so you never fall off track again. ✅ Surrounds you with strong, Christian men who push you to succeed. ✅ Rewires your habits so that discipline becomes automatic. Going at this alone means you don’t have the coaching when you need help. It means you don’t have a group of men who can come into agreement with you about what God can do in this area of your life. It means you don’t have the battle-tested frameworks that have helped 800+ Christian men permanently transform their health. And that’s why most men who try to figure it out themselves end up right back where they started—or talking to me again six months later. Path #3: Say “Maybe.” You don’t have to say yes right now. Just say maybe. Maybe you’ve tried and failed before. Maybe you’ve thought about committing to a plan before. Maybe you know you need a real system that actually works for high-achieving Christian men. If that’s the case, then I want to make this easy for you. Instead of asking you to commit to the entire program right now, I’m asking you to commit to just a few minutes of your time for a Free Fat Loss Assessment. 📌 You’ll chat directly with me, Joey, or one of the other experts on our team. 📌 We’ll dive deep into the root cause of why you keep losing weight and gaining it back.| 📌 We’ll give you clear action steps on how to fix this permanently.| And if it makes sense, we’ll show you exactly how Default Kings works. "We had people around us that started having things happen. And not all of it was rosy. We didn't know that...it's gonna stay with you for maybe...years and years or the rest of your life." ~Mr. B. A Whole Lot of Not Rosy Robert Bigelow: "And so, it (survival of consciousness research) does have this aspect of things to be concerned about. And you know, I've told you that since we formed this institute (Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies (BICS)) in June (of 2020), all of a sudden, we had people around us that started having things happen. And not all of it was rosy, okay?” (I really hope he give details in a future interview because I think it's important to know what happened. Just the formation of an institute that planned on studying consciousness caused phenomena to start taking place and some of it was negative in nature. To me, that's problematic. Did anybody get injured or sick, or were they just scared?) Bigelow: "So, I mean, this is family members, myself, my staff. And none of this we expected, we hadn't asked for anything, positioned anything, decided to do anything in this kind of research. Our whole intention to begin with was simply trying to get ourselves up to speed in the literature, after being away from this for so many years, focusing on [the] space world, right? That's been mainly what I've been doing - except for the Skinwalker Ranch thing for 20 years - is the space world...has been huge in my life to pursue. The legitimate, parochial kind of, you know, using fire engines, rockets to get you there (smiles). "So we didn't expect anything like this to happen." (Again, this is various phenomena that allegedly started happening once they formed BICS with the intention of studying consciousness (including life after death), and apparently, some of it was not good. Again, did anybody get hurt? Exactly how bad was it? Details are sorely needed.) Bigelow: "And so, this Holy Grail is different than the second Holy Grail. If the second one being the ET, is a little bit lower. And this first one: Is there any part of your consciousness that survives your bodily death? That's a big deal, that's a huge story, that's gigantic." (I'd push back and suggest that both Holy Grails may be connected or related and the 2nd one may not be ET at all. This other intelligence (which John Keel labelled, "Ultraterrestrials") may reside in, or be able to enter, the same realms we enter when we die. There’s strong evidence that psychic mediums can acquire information they had no way of knowing about via their five senses. But are they talking to the dead, or is something else going on?) ~~~Excerpt from Operation Trojan Horse by John Keel~~~ In 1866, a New Englander named William Denton declared himself to be the first modern contactee. He claimed to be in telepathic contact with beings from another planet, and he and his whole family later purportedly visited Venus and Mars. Denton wrote a series of books describing saucer-shaped vehicles in detail, which he thought were made of aluminum. (A commercial process for manufacturing aluminum was not invented until 1886.) He also told his audiences (he lectured widely) that the folks who rode around in aluminum airships looked very much like us. His narratives were, in many respects, identical to those of the modern contactees. Trance Mediums and Possession Trance mediums were nothing new in 1850. In the Bible’s First Book of Samuel, Chapter 28 describes how Saul consulted a medium (“… a woman that hath-a familiar spirit”). Mediums acted as oracles in ancient times, and people with this peculiar gift appeared in each new generation. Such persons seem to serve as instruments through which the ultraterrestrials can speak to us directly, and they often come up with amazingly accurate prophecies of the future and precise details of events that could seemingly be known only to the dead relatives of the people who consulted them. Of course, when spiritualism became a national fad, a goodly number of charlatans and hucksters moved in. But most of the genuine mediums exercised their talents carefully and for free. They did not indulge in fancy hocus-pocus and did not need paraphernalia, such as spirit cabinets. They were—and are—people who can apparently summon up unseen entities or alien intelligences and extract information from them. I am not a spiritualist myself, although I have attended a few séances over the years, usually in the role of a scoffer and disbeliever. As a longtime amateur magician, I have been able to see through the frauds, but I have also been genuinely perplexed by some of the manifestations I have personally witnessed. (I recommend everybody read about The Scole Experiment or watch the documentary on YT about it. And...read the book, "Ghost Hunters" by Deborah Blum. Related links here: ) ~ Back to OTH... Essentially, a trance medium lapses into an unconscious state, and while in this condition, his or her body is taken over by some outside influence. This influence is usually a self-styled “Indian guide” from “the other side.” Many mediums have been simple, uneducated people, but when in a trance state they have been able to talk foreign languages fluently. Scientists and clergymen have put countless mediums through severe tests over the years. At one group of séances in the 1920s, sitters, who were all versed in different languages, grilled mediums in everything from ancient Chinese to Swahili, and the controlling entities not only conversed in those languages but corrected the sitters’ grammar! The daughter of Judge Edmunds, president of the Senate in the 1850s, gave incredible performances while in a trance, speaking fluently in Greek, Spanish, Polish, Latin, Portuguese, Hungarian, and several Indian languages. Because the sitters—and the mediums—assume that they are dealing with residents of heaven, they ask mostly spiritual questions. Customarily, the “control” will announce that Mr. Blank is standing next to him and wishes to speak to Mrs. Blank, who is attending the séance. Mrs. Blank excitedly begins to question her dead husband, Mr. Blank. How is life on the other side? Just fine, the control replies, a little bored, everyone lives in vine-covered cottages, and all is sweetness and light. Where did Mr. Blank hide his valuable gold watch before he died? It’s wrapped in an old sock and buried under some papers in the bottom drawer of the old rolltop desk, the control answers. Sure enough, when Mrs. Blank gets home, she finds the watch exactly where the medium’s alter ego said it would be. Try to convince Mrs. Blank that she didn’t talk with her dead husband! In many cases, the medium even begins to talk in a voice that sounds exactly like the dead Mr. Blank, uses his pet expressions, and even refers to things known only to Mrs. Blank, indulges in their private jokes, and so on. Occasionally, a deceased celebrity will “break through.” Recently the late George Bernard Shaw made a tape recording in England that is now circulating in occult circles. Those who knew Shaw claim that it sounds exactly like him, uses his phraseology and vocal mannerisms, and displays his brilliant and distinctive wit. The trance phenomenon deserves extensive study because so many aspects of it are directly related to the contactee phenomenon. The contactees have been told a hundred different stories of what life is like on other planets. If you review the descriptions of heaven produced at the thousands of possibly genuine séances, you will find the same contradictions. The entities will lie transparently at one point in the séance, and a few moments later will come up with astounding information that could not be based upon simple trickery. The mediums themselves have always been aware of their controls’ mischievous sense of humor. They speak of false shades and malevolent spirits who perform outrageous hoaxes. So the mediums and the professional investigators are always wary. The fact that a control can imitate George Bernard Shaw does not necessarily mean that GBS is doing the speaking from the spirit world. The fact that a control knows where Mr. Blank hid his gold watch does not necessarily prove that Mr. Blank is standing at his side “on the other plane.” The medium generally remains completely inert while in the trance or “occupied” state but in some instances can become quite animated and make gestures appropriate to whatever is being said. In a very real sense, the medium’s mind has been blanked out, and his or her body has been completely taken over by the control. The medium has become a zombie of sorts, possessed by an alien entity, an entity who lacks a physical form of his own. Contactees often find themselves suddenly miles from home without knowing how they got there. They either have induced amnesia, wiping out all memory of the trip, or they were taken over by some means and made the trip in a blacked-out state. Should they encounter a friend on the way, the friend would probably note that their eyes seemed glassy and their behavior seemed peculiar. But if the friend spoke to them, he might receive a curt reply. In the language of the silent contactees this process is called being used. A used person can suddenly lose a day or a week out of his life. I have known silent contactees to disappear from their homes for long periods, and when they returned, they had little or no recollection of where they had been. One girl sent me a postcard from the Bahama Islands—which surprised me because I knew she was very poor. When she returned, she told me that she had only one memory of the trip. She said she remembered getting off a jet at an airport—she couldn’t recall getting on the jet or making the trip—and there “Indians” met her and took her baggage. She remembered nothing further after that. The next thing she knew she was back home again. It seems likely the same methods are applied to both mediums and contactees. In the case of the mediums, the mind control serves a useful purpose. It enables the entities to establish direct vocal communication with us and, in many instances, pass along worthwhile information. This process can also be destructive. A young man from Ithaca, New York, called me some time ago at the urging of William Donovan, president of Aerial Investigation and Research (AIR), to tell me of his close brush with death. One evening in the fall of 1967, he said, he left his home to drive to a meeting. For some reason he couldn’t explain, he got out of his car, went back into his house, and carried out several aimless actions such as picking up a book from a table and putting it on the shelf. “Finally, I said to myself, Okay, it’s time,” he told me. He remembers leaving the house and again heading for his parked car. The next thing he knew he was in a hospital bed. He had apparently driven about four miles to a railroad crossing just in time to meet an oncoming train. His car was demolished, but he escaped rather miraculously with only a few minor injuries. If he had not gone back into the house and carried out those meaningless, time-killing chores, he would have avoided the train altogether. It is possible, of course, that the shock of the accident blotted out his memory of that four-mile drive—but he couldn’t even remember putting the key in the ignition. This man had been active in investigating the UFO flap that took place around the radio telescope installations near Ithaca in 1967-68. In his book Passport to Magonia, Dr. Jacques Vallee, a NASA astronomer and computer expert, touches on all this. “In the Soviet Union, not so long ago, a leading plasma physicist died in strange circumstances,” Dr. Vallee states. “He was thrown under a Moscow subway train by a mentally deranged woman. It is noteworthy that she claimed a ‘voice from space’ had given her orders to kill that particular man—orders she could not resist. Soviet criminologists, I have been reliably informed, are worried by the increase of such cases in recent years. Madmen rushing through the streets because they think the Martians are after them have always been commonplace. But the current wave of mental imbalance that can be specifically tied to the rise and development of the contactee myth is an aspect of the UFO problem that must be considered with special care.” So there seem to be both good and evil forces at work in this type of phenomenon. The good guys latch onto people with particularly receptive minds and turn them into trance mediums. The bad guys use the same methods to tamper with the minds of contactees and even to commit murders indirectly. Because incidents of these types can be traced throughout history, it seems probable that these forces have always been extant on this planet. When the good guys worked through mediums, they needed some excuse that we would accept. The answer seemed to be “communication with the dead.” These communicative efforts led to the foundation of spiritualism, and the entities played the role to the hilt, using their complete knowledge of us and our individual lives to provide us with “proof” of the existence of a spirit world. This is the same precise methodology being employed with the UFOs to build up support for the extraterrestrial thesis. We humans need acceptable explanations for unnatural phenomena, so “they” happily—and often humorously—supply us with all the explanations we can handle. At the same time, they give us tiny fragments of the real truth, hoping no doubt that we will be able to digest them slowly. Ever so slowly. In earlier times it seems as if they made a complicated attempt to convey the truth to us through mediums and psychics, but we chose to misinterpret these efforts and placed them within the context of our primitive religious beliefs. We are still doing this, and they are going along with it because even misinterpreted communication is better than no communication at all. Religion may not be truth but may merely be a step on the long path of the real truth. Do the ultraterrestrials really care about us? There is much disturbing evidence that they don’t. They care only to the extent that we can fulfill our enigmatic use to them. The Reverend Arthur Ford is one of America’s best-known trance mediums. For most of his life he has served as an instrument for an entity who calls himself Fletcher. In 1928, Fletcher announced that Harry Houdini (who had died in 1926) was on hand and had a message which he wanted conveyed to his widow, Beatrice. The message was in a code once used by the Houdinis in a mind-reading act. This code was known only to the couple and had never been published or revealed to anyone. Fletcher, through Ford, was able to give precise details of this secret code, and Mrs. Houdini later confirmed that the message had to come from her husband. This was only one of Ford’s many coups. In the fall of 1967, Ford went into a trance on Canadian television and produced a message for Bishop James Pike from his deceased son. Bishop Pike, who was present at this televised séance, avowed that the message seemed authentic and seemed to come from the familiar personality of his son. This well-publicized séance launched a major revival of spiritualism in the United States. Reverend Ford travels in high circles but has never made any material gain from his peculiar gift. He gives freely of his time—and Fletcher’s advice from the other side—at séances all over the country. Mrs. Ruth Montgomery, the well-known author and Washington reporter, tells of the time that Reverend Ford visited her in Washington and lapsed into a trance so she could ask Fletcher for some advice on his behalf. Reverend Ford was then in the process of moving and wanted to know what he should do with some of his things. Fletcher seemed totally disinterested in Ford’s problems, Mrs. Montgomery reported, and when she asked if Ford should visit a clinic for a checkup, Fletcher snapped, “He’d better do something. If he doesn’t, I can’t work through him much longer.” Although Reverend Ford had voluntarily submitted his person to Fletcher’s use for nearly half a century, the entity was apparently completely disinterested in his problems and welfare. This is, alas, rather typical. Even the most helpful entities seem more dedicated to the job of communicating than to any kind of involvement with those to whom (or through whom) they are communicating. The bizarre history of psychic phenomena is filled with Fletchers. Mrs. Montgomery, incidentally, indulges in automatic writing herself and has received constant messages for the past few years, many of which have been valid prophecies and stern advice meant to govern her future actions. There have been innumerable psychic hoaxes for the past 150 years, and many of these parallel the UFO hoaxes. In 1855, the Fox sisters confessed that their spirit rappings were a hoax. They said they produced the sounds by “snapping their toes.” Think about that for a moment. Snapping your toes so that it sounded like a rap on a wall or table would be a most remarkable talent—perhaps even more remarkable than the ability to communicate with the spirit world. I don’t believe I would pay ten cents to hear someone talk to a rapping spirit—but I would happily pay five dollars to examine someone who could duplicate the rapping sound by snapping his toes. Later the two sisters said the confession was false, and they had been bribed to make it. "Mrs. Houdini was genuinely astonished and impressed by Reverend Ford’s messages from her husband, and she made numerous public statements to that effect, as well as signing various affidavits. But later, in the 1930s, she chose to deny it all for a time. Then, shortly before her death, she reversed her denials. In ufology we have to contend with teenagers’ hot-air balloons, and in psychic phenomena we have to worry about youngsters firing rocks at houses with slingshots and phony mediums levitating “spirit trumpets” with black thread. But there are many more UFO sightings than there are plastic balloons, and there are more poltergeists dumping rocks in living rooms than there are wild-eyed youngsters with slingshots. There are also more ultraterrestrial entities than either the occultists or the UFO enthusiasts dream of." ~~~Edit of the Bigelow Interview~~~ Bigelow: "I also, I was...I got very disturbed toward the end (of AAWSAP) about something that happened to some of the government people, and I realized uhh...holy crap." (Read, "Skinwalkers at the Pentagon." I think it's one of the most important UFO books in recent memory.) George Knapp: "Hitchhikers." Bigelow: "Umm... Well, yeah. You know. So, hitchhikers being that you take things home with you. Everybody took things home with them. I took things to my house. Things happened to my wife, and to me. Different things. So, everybody took things home. We all, you know, we did. But we didn't know that, gee, it was like, gonna be kind of permanent. You know, we didn't know that, you know? That it's gonna stay with you for maybe...for years and years or the rest of your life, who knows? "But the ones that bothered me a lot where anybody got hurt or really disturbed... Not that it happened on the ranch, it was when they left the ranch. As you say, hitchhikers. And these were government people and it affected them." Knapp: "In very dramatic ways, though." Bigelow: "Very dramatic ways. Very dramatic ways. You know, and there's a cousin to that that we're facing, but it's abated, at least for now. And this other survival topic, right? The very dramatic kind of things that we wanted to have reduced or stopped." (The "cousin" to the hitchhiker phenomenon features the not-so-rosy things he referred to early on in this clip. But at least it had abated at the time of this interview. Has it started up again?) Bigelow: "But going back to the government people, the buyer (Brandon Fugal) came along at the right time, I had decided I wanted to tone down..." Knapp: "Take this off your plate." Bigelow: "Yeah, take it off my plate, tone it down, and if necessary, just lock it up and forget about it. And next thing I know, you know, [Fugal] comes along and, you know, the rest is history." Knapp: "Before we leave this, though, the incidents that happened to you, to your wife, to Colm (Kelleher), to me, the, you know, you bring it home. How does everybody handle that? I mean, is it spooky at the time, and do you draw the connection that it's ranch related?" Bigelow: "Yes and no. If the events hadn't happened very often prior to the ranch, then it's not ranch connected. But they did happen." (I think he meant to say, if the events hadn't happened prior to him buying the ranch in 1996 and did happen once he made the purchase, then it would seem to be connected just to the ranch. But he says these anomalous events did happen before he bought it. Maybe some events were connected to the ranch and others were not? Or, this precognitive sentient phenomenon, as John Alexander labelled it, was able to know that Bigelow was going to purchase the ranch in the future and began interacting with him and his wife before he bought it?) Bigelow: "And [these anomalous events] did [happen], where we lived with my wife and I. We had a poltergeist event one time that was really fun and very different, and that was before I ever acquired the ranch. My wife was a very strong - and probably still is, in spirit - person. And so she took them in stride. She had a full manifestation of an apparition, a human-form apparition in the bedroom, and looking at her. "And this was a holy cow. And she happened to tell me, kind of like, 'Oh, well, while you were gone, this is what happened here, a manifestation of this.' I've heard this kind of thing many times through other people, and recently. And she felt the bed depress as there was a curiosity going on because the facial features were distinctive enough to be able to...as though, 'Who are you and what are you doing here?' Coming from the manifestation from the apparition, looking at her, right? "And torso up was kind of what was manifested. And being able to see and feel the mattress being depressed as it's looking at you, wondering, 'Who are you?' That kind of look on the face. 'What are you doing here?' You know, usually you think it would be the opposite direction. 'Who the hell are you?'" (Fully-formed apparitions have been reported over the last 150 years or so but many times only partial bodies are seen. In this case, Mrs. Bigelow only saw the apparition from the torso up. When Leslie Kean sat with physical medium, Stewart Alexander, she said she only saw a hand form. The alleged spirits will say that, many times, it takes too much energy to form a full body. Learn more about the Kean encounter here: ) ~ Knapp: "Was [Mrs. Bigelow] freaked out?" Bigelow: "No. No, she wasn't. There was a bar of light - so this was not normal in the survival research, but maybe in the ET - that was between her pillows. A bar of light. It wasn't coming in from shutters or blinds or anything from the room or any kind of other light source. You could cover, put the pillows down, and the bar would not be reflected on the surface of the object above it, on the second pillow. It only happened when you did this. And she did that and said, 'Oh, well.' I said, 'Well, what did you do?' "'Well, I went to sleep.' Went to sleep, so..." ~~~ (In January of 2012, NYT journalist, Ralph Blumenthal wrote an article about Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies (BICS). He ended it with this: ) "One personal footnote. Don’t ask me what happened on Jan. 4 at 5:45 a.m. as I lay sleepless, wrestling with this story. A tremendous bang jolted me and my wife and the dog upright. We found the glass door to our 12th-floor terrace completely spiderwebbed with cracks as if struck with tremendous force, but there was no sign of any projectile. Invisible moisture between the double panes? Or something else? There are things I don’t mind talking about and things I do mind talking about." (Was this prosaic or just more of the not-so-rosy phenomena Bigelow referenced? We need to know!)

The District Attorney race in Travis County/Greater Austin is among the most important this cycle. Everyone able should vote by March 5th. Watch this video and read the following to understand why – and share with others. I don’t like to get directly involved in politics, and prefer to stick to building social enterprises that bring people together (i.e., KIND Snacks, Builders, SOMOS Foods, Empatico ), but the stakes are so high for Austin that I feel the need to share some facts: Austin is facing a rampant rise in crime. All the data demonstrates it. And all of Jose Garza’s policies point to it. Some specific examples: • Garza let Santos Celso-Flores, who was awaiting trial for participating in the gang rape of 13-year-old girl, out on a $40 bond. While out on bond, Celso-Flores molested two more young girls. • Hilario Adrian’s bond was lowered to just $1 after Garza failed to bring his aggravated assault case to a grand jury in time. Shortly after his release, he brutally attacked an innocent bystander in downtown Austin, stabbing him to death. • Richard Williams brutally raped his ex-girlfriend at knifepoint for two hours while strangling and beating her. Garza cut a deferred adjudication plea deal with Williams, meaning he was released after just 90 days in prison without anything on his record. • Garza released Dedreuain Reese, who had been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for pistol-whipping a woman, on a personal recognizance bond. Just weeks after he was released on bond, Reese committed a murder at the same house where he pistol whipped the woman. Friends have been telling me about the rise in crime in Austin. A family who lived downtown had their home burglarized. Another was held up. A friend who leads the Public Safety Commission shared the above examples. I assumed these were isolated cases and initially dismissed the issue. Eventually I did dozens of hours of research. The data is staggering: • 127% increase in the murder rate since Garza took over! • Car jackings more than doubled! • Convictions are down 61%! • Zero Jury Trials by Garza since he took over as DA! How is Garza responsible for this? Some examples: • When he took office, Garza abolished the DA division that sorted out cases. As a result, today there are over seven thousand unindicted felony crimes! Not 7. Not 70. Not 700. Seven THOUSAND pending cases that the DA’s office has failed to process. • In 2021, Garza released a bail reform plan that explicitly included releasing people on bail for just $1. Since then, Travis County has been plagued by crimes committed by people out on bonds. • Over 75 (out of a professional staff of around 95) experienced prosecutors have left the DA's Office since Garza took over in 2021. He has hired inexperienced and untested lawyers to handle the most serious and complicated cases in Travis County. • Here is testimony from a Mother whose children were sexually assaulted: These are not theoretical issues. And the people they affect are the most vulnerable members of our society. • Lynn Isaak survived a brutal attack while running in Travis Heights. She solved her own case through Nextdoor, trusted the DA's Office with the prosecution, and was then shocked when her attacker got probation with no jail time and no electronic monitoring. • Lashonda Lemons was beaten so badly by her partner that she lost her baby. The DA's Office got the case and lowered the charge from aggravated assault to a lesser offense and gave him deferred adjudication - a punishment that allows the offender to walk away without a conviction. This was all done over Lemons' objection. There is hope on the horizon: Jeremy Sylestine is a lifelong Democrat running in the Democratic Primary for Travis District Attorney. He is Native American member of the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas. He went to UT, served as a Public Defender, and then for 15 years as a highly respected member of the DA’s office in Travis County. Meet Jeremy: He is among the highest integrity people you can meet. He is sacrificing a very good job and risking a lot for the sake of Austin and Travis County. Jeremy is compassionate, but he understands the duty to protect the most vulnerable members of our community from violent criminals. It’s quite a contrast: It took me months to understand why, in contrast, Jose Garza would allow a violent criminal who drugged and raped a 13 year old girl to get off without anything on his record. Why would he plea down everything to misdemeanor, including when a violent felon beat his pregnant girlfriend so brutally that she lost her baby? Even the most kindhearted also want justice and public safety. But Garza has a radical ideology that ANY prosecution ever is evil. When he was a public defender, that position was acceptable. But as DA in charge of enforcing the law, he is subverting his duties and violating his oath. Under Garza’s simplistic ideology, everyone is a victim or an oppressor based on their background and position in society rather than based on their actions and behavior. For Garza, the criminals that commit violent crimes are the victims so even if they committed rape or murder they cannot be at fault. It’s the system’s fault. For Garza, the DA’s office he presides over is the oppressor and so he is slowly dismantling it (not just reform it, but dismantling it, which is why he disbanded the division that processes cases, resulting in over seven thousand unindicted criminal felonies thus far). It’s so extreme it’s illogical. But that is what radical extremism does. In terms of financial backing, virtually all support for Jeremy comes from people that live in Travis County. Garza came into power with $1 million from out of state money. The people that put Garza in power do not need to live with the consequences of his actions. Jeremy’s supporters are locals whose families and loved ones live in Travis County. Our only agenda is to protect the community. For us teachers, entrepreneurs and parents it’s uncomfortable to get drawn into politically divisive issues. But the stakes are so high that everyone is stepping in. It’s very unusual for other elected politicians to stand up against an incumbent from their party. The amount of Democratic leaders that I’ve met and have told me how much they dislike Garza but can’t speak up is stunning. And even then, you have icons of the Democratic establishment speaking up: • David Butts and Alfred Stanley are among the most highly respected Austinites and life-long liberals helping Jeremy’s campaign. • Former Austin City Councilwoman Ora Houston, former Travis County Commissioner Karen Huber, as well as the Austin Bar Association Preference Poll, the South Asian Bar Association of Austin, and the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas have all endorsed Jeremy. • Even former State Senator Gonzalo Barrientos & Travis County Commissioner Margaret Gomez, fellow Hispanics, are so shocked by Jose Garza’s actions and so impressed with Jeremy’s integrity that they have endorsed Jeremy Sylestine. Extremism seems to be taking over our country. But the proper response to rigidity and dehumanization from one side is not denial of facts and “us vs them” dehumanization from the opposite extreme. Personally, I identify as independent because I find political parties hyperpartisan. I support moderate candidates on both sides. It’s high time for builders to transcend these labels and all join together. It doesn’t matter if you are Democrat or Independent or Republican. You are a human being. You are a citizen. When it comes to public safety, it’s not about politics.Your children should be able to walk downtown without fear for their safety. Your spouse should be able to go for a run in the park without fear of being assaulted or raped. It’s about enforcing the law to protect victims while showing compassion wherever justice guides us to. It’s about all of us being together to BUILD a better community for all. Everyone in Travis County should go out and vote for Jeremy - not just to keep our community safe - but to break the shackles of extremism from either side and show that the people in Austin are ONE and refuse to play divisive games from extremist ideological politicians from either side. Regardless of political affiliation, anyone in #TravisCounty / Greater #AustinTx can go into a voting location, request a #DemocraticPrimary Ballot, and vote for #JeremySylestine in the most consequential election to the community. Where and How to Vote: Vote for @Jeremy4DA during Early Voting today through March 1 or on Election Day March 5.

HYBE and Min Hee-jin NewJeans Controversy from the Perspective of a 20-Year Entertainment Industry Expert | Kim Yoon-ji, Senior Researcher at the Overseas Economic Research Institute of the Export-Import Bank of Korea #1 [Investment Insight] 증시각도기TV HYBE has shown a somewhat immature side throughout this process. The essence of the issue has become less important. Hello, viewers and investors of Stock TV. Recently, there has been a lot of societal concern about the entertainment industry. Last year, it did well, but the question remains about how it will fare this year. We’re joined by Kim Yoon-ji, Senior Researcher at the Korea Eximbank Overseas Economic Research Institute, to discuss this. Welcome. Today, I brought a drink because this topic is not easy to discuss soberly. The situation between HYBE, Min Hee-jin, and NewJeans has escalated, and unfortunately, it’s no longer just management fighting but the artists have joined the fray. I’ve heard from someone in the industry that the close relationship between a producer and an artist is inevitable. In the past, there have been similar cases where producers and artists were tightly knit. Now, something similar has happened with Min Hee-jin and HYBE. Most people outside the industry don’t know the exact terms of the contract between Min Hee-jin and HYBE. As my own son works in the entertainment field, I’m well aware of how important it is to work with a good producer. For a company like HYBE, which has invested tens or even hundreds of billions of won, it’s unthinkable that they would allow NewJeans to separate and go independent after establishing their position. Many in the industry agree that this doesn’t make sense. To the general public, NewJeans might seem like the underdogs, and people might feel they should be allowed to leave. But from the perspective of the entertainment industry, which requires substantial capital to grow, the relationship between investors and artists is key. You can’t discuss this industry without acknowledging the role of investors. This case is different from situations where individual members leave, as seen in the past with groups that had Chinese members. This isn’t about a single member leaving; it’s more about the fact that, in this industry, the producers are as important as the artists themselves. From the beginning, NewJeans has been marketed as Min Hee-jin’s girl group, so the idea of them continuing without her feels different. We need to approach this from a different angle. That said, it doesn’t mean HYBE should completely cut ties. Many people have different initial thoughts about the situation, but the core issue here is the importance of the relationship between producers and the company, especially when substantial investment is involved. From my perspective, the fundamental question is: what exactly was attempted? I still find this unclear. In any company, it's common to hear people say, "I want to quit, I can't work with this boss, I'm leaving tomorrow." We all talk about this with friends or colleagues. Sometimes, we even ask others to let us know if there’s a good opportunity elsewhere. But actually submitting a resignation is a whole different issue. But in the new premise, I still wonder what exactly they were trying to do. What exactly was attempted? We always talk about it at work, right? "I'm going to quit. I can't work with that boss anymore. I'm leaving tomorrow." We always have those conversations. We talk about it with our friends, with team members, and even ask friends outside of work to let us know if they hear of any good positions. But actually submitting a resignation is a whole different issue, isn't it? Looking at how the situation first unfolded, it seems like HYBE was the one to bring things to light. They shared a lot with the press, and Min Hee-jin, the CEO, responded with a strong counterstatement. HYBE was saying, "Min Hee-jin is trying to do this and that," but CEO Min was like, "What else have I done apart from that message on KakaoTalk?" The court also judged that they weren't sure what actions had actually been attempted. To me, this seems like the fact of the matter. Clearly, HYBE's relationship with CEO Min Hee-jin might not be good. There could have been friction about how a subsidiary operates so independently from the parent company. There were likely various issues internally, but they should have been resolved within the company without making the problems visible externally. The fact that they let it spill outside before resolving it was a huge mistake on HYBE's part, revealing weaknesses in their management abilities. In my view, this has greatly devalued HYBE, becoming a powerful force that has dragged down their valuation. Throughout this process, HYBE displayed a level of immaturity, and the core of the issue became less important. The real concern for investors now is whether the company can effectively handle issues like these. Once this problem is resolved, can the remaining HYBE groups continue to grow securely? This business is all about reputation. HYBE is now seen as a company that ousts female CEOs simply because she didn't follow their orders. That perception leaves a lasting impression on people's minds, damaging the company's future operations. From an investor's perspective, two major incidents have happened in quick succession. The first was the boost in value during 2020 when HYBE sold a huge number of albums during COVID-19, creating the sense that the entertainment industry was Korea's next big sector. But then, this recent issue with Min Hee-jin, alongside BLACKPINK's contract situation, has put a serious damper on things. BLACKPINK didn't renew their contract as a group, and though they claim to continue working together in some capacity, it's not the same as before. YG Entertainment's profitability has plummeted, revealing how dependent they were on BLACKPINK. This has left investors wondering whether the entertainment business is just a limited-time, seven-year affair. If BLACKPINK had carried on smoothly into the next generation, it would have seemed like a sustainable business, and investors would have continued to trust in the long-term future of Korean entertainment. But now, we're seeing the cracks in that perception. It’s become a question of how to invest in a business with a lifespan of only seven years, when even the manufacturing industry lasts longer than that. The BLACKPINK incident and the NewJeans situation have both severely harmed investor confidence. HYBE's struggles with its artists are analogous to a manufacturing company facing a revolt from its workers. When investors look at this instability, they start questioning whether the business is even viable. The concept of sustainability has been seriously undermined, and the fact that the seven-year contract issue has been a long-standing concern doesn’t make it any easier to deal with. What used to reassure investors was the belief that when a seven-year contract ended, the company would already have the next seven years planned out, ready to sustain their business. That faith in the big entertainment companies has been shaken. Achieving the kind of success that BTS or BLACKPINK did is incredibly difficult, and passing the baton to the next generation is no simple task. Even though investors had faith that YG would produce another BLACKPINK-level group, now that trust is faltering. However, I do think people are now looking at contracts a bit differently. In the past, when a group disbanded, the members would scatter. But now, groups like BLACKPINK continue to work together even while pursuing solo projects. This shows that they understand the importance of sticking together, and I thought that this might help extend the longevity of these groups. But in reality, very few cases of disbanded groups have seen much success with individual members pursuing separate careers. There aren’t many examples where groups have stayed active for long, especially when individual members run into personal issues. Take Big Bang, for instance—they’ve been around for a while, but their personal scandals have made it hard for the group to recover fully. In the entertainment business, it’s rare for groups to last more than seven years, and age is also a factor. Once a group surpasses the seven-year mark, the members tend to be quite a bit older. With BTS, they need to show a fresh side if they’re to keep running strong. One of the most disheartening things mentioned by the members was that they didn’t feel respected. This ties into a larger issue in our society, as we're seeing with the national discussion around workplace bullying. If we think about how BTS achieved success, it's clear why this is such a serious issue. Back when BTS rose to fame, they shared how they weren’t from one of the top three agencies and positioned themselves as underdogs who worked hard to gain recognition. This resonated with many young people who felt that if you work hard enough, you can succeed, even without the backing of a major company. This message gave hope to many, not only in Korea but also globally. BTS’s fan base, especially in the U.S., includes many people who identify as outsiders, those who don’t feel they belong to the mainstream—whether in terms of race, culture, or social standing. For them, BTS was a source of inspiration, showing that you can still succeed even if you start from the margins. With NewJeans, though there’s talk about Min Hee-jin, the allegations of bullying within the company are hitting a sensitive nerve for fans. It’s unfortunate that the company allowed things to reach a point where such accusations were made. Even if the situation was mostly an internal conflict among the adults in charge, they should have handled it better to avoid involving the artists. In the past, we've seen similar issues, like with Big Bang’s various scandals, which were almost at the level of criminal activity. The current situation with NewJeans might not be as severe, but bullying and exclusion are still serious concerns. Ultimately, experiences like these can serve as valuable lessons for the entertainment industry. This situation has highlighted that the entertainment business is fundamentally about human relationships. From the artists to the products they create, everything revolves around people. The moment someone’s feelings are hurt or relationships are damaged, the entire business can collapse. The entertainment business is all about personal connections, something I've always believed. Recently, I heard about Naver Webtoon’s global success, and it's fascinating to think about how it has outgrown Kakao Webtoon, despite being a later player. Many factors contributed to this success, but someone mentioned that webtoons are also a "personal connection" business. Webtoon creators are tough to manage—they're artists, after all, and keeping them on schedule, especially with weekly deadlines, is a challenging task. CEO Kim Joong has managed to nurture relationships with these creators, making personal connections the backbone of the business. In the entertainment industry, particularly with idols, you can't overlook the importance of personal relationships. The key skill for managing this industry is the ability to connect deeply with both the creators and the artists. HYBE, for instance, doesn’t just need skilled managers who are good with finance or operations. What they truly need are people who can foster those personal relationships, especially when they’re dealing with artists as young as 13 or 15. It’s about ensuring that these young talents feel understood and cared for, so they can be inspired to do their best work. Managing young artists is tricky because their idea of success might be completely different from what adults think. A 13-year-old might not care about owning multiple houses—they might just want to spend time with their family or have the freedom to eat out whenever they want. The manager’s job is to tap into what motivates them and help them thrive in a way that’s meaningful to them. This kind of nurturing is not easy to scale. When a company grows too big, it’s challenging to maintain those close relationships. That's why multi-label approaches, like those seen in large entertainment agencies, are supposed to help. But if personal connections within those labels break down, the whole system can fall apart. This business model seems uniquely suited to Korea. It’s hard to imagine it working the same way in Japan, where there's a more hierarchical, command-driven structure. Japan's entertainment industry often depends on strong, central producers who direct everything. In contrast, Korean idols often rise through collective effort and personal connection, like BTS did. Despite the challenges, I believe Korea’s entertainment sector has room for long-term growth. Many of today’s youth are drawn to this field because it allows them to express their talents and passions. If scandals like the one with NewJeans continue to arise, however, it might dissuade some young people from pursuing these dreams. When you look at what NewJeans members have said, there’s not much to disagree with. They simply want to keep doing what they’ve always done and follow their own creative paths. Ensuring they have the freedom to do so can lead to even greater success. These days, if you ask middle or elementary school students what they want to be when they grow up, many of them will say they want to become idols or YouTubers. They believe that with enough effort, they can make it. The entertainment industry needs to be able to channel that passion and potential into something positive. If Min Hee-jin were to leave HYBE, it’s clear that many companies would be eager to work with her. She mentioned once that “everyone is crazy about money,” and I think that’s why there would be a long line of people wanting to meet with her if she decided to move on. Right now, for example, there are people in the entertainment industry, like CJ, who may not have fully established themselves, or even private investors, just waiting for an opportunity. Many of them are keeping an eye on Min Hee-jin leaving HYBE. This was evident during the recent Tokyo performance, where her creativity was on full display. It was incomparable. That’s why this situation is even more unfortunate. Some people say, "If it wasn’t for the money, how could that group have been created?" But I believe there are people who could have made it happen with or without money. That’s the crucial difference in this case. While I'm not an expert, I was touched by the process of recreating a hit song from a legendary Japanese female singer from the '80s. It felt like a major event. It was amazing because I had never seen anything like it before. Even though I wasn’t familiar with the original song, just seeing it was enough to draw in so much attention and make it feel like a historic moment. That’s what talent is—turning something simple, like a cover song, into a major event. I remember thinking, "How do the Japanese people feel about this?" because the crowd's reaction was incredible. The enthusiasm was surprising, and I wondered what they were thinking while watching it. This is the true power of Korean culture—it’s not just about promoting our own culture but also deeply resonating with others. The entertainment industry’s core business is making audiences happy and even obsessed. Min Hee-jin is undeniably a top-tier artist in this field. If she were to leave HYBE, there would be countless opportunities for her. But if HYBE mishandles this situation, it won’t just be about losing one person—it could destabilize everything. They really need to handle this carefully. As for stocks and investments, that's up to everyone’s individual decisions. We're just having a casual chat here about the entertainment industry. As someone with a child in the business and another who's analyzed the industry, we’re just relaxing with a casual discussion. So, let’s pour a drink and enjoy this conversation. Higher deuterium in drinking water correlates with higher rates of major depression. Higher deuterium in drinking water correlates with higher rates of type 2 diabetes. This isn't a fringe hypothesis. It's a University of Utah population study mapping deuterium concentration in US tap water against disease prevalence across the country. Correlation — not proof of causation. But striking enough that Tatyana Strekalova — Clinician Scientist at Maastricht University, Senior Researcher at the University of Oxford, and Professor of Physiology at Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University — decided to test it in mice. The logic is straightforward. Deuterium concentration in drinking water decreases with distance from the ocean — inland, high-altitude water is naturally more deuterium-depleted. If geography determines deuterium load, and deuterium load correlates with disease prevalence, then what happens when you deliberately give animals water at the low end of that natural range? What her lab found is striking. They used 90 ppm deuterium-depleted water throughout — the lowest deuterium concentration found naturally in drinking water on Earth. Not a pharmaceutical dose. Not exotic laboratory depletion. And compared it to control mice drinking 140 ppm water. The difference between antarctic meltwater and coastal tap water. Finding 1: Aged mice. Two weeks. Depressive-like behaviors measurably reduced They took 18-month-old mice — equivalent to very old age, approaching maximum mouse lifespan. These mice displayed measurable depressive behaviors: Anhedonia — loss of sensitivity to reward, measured by reduced preference for sweet water. Increased helplessness behavior. Reduced novelty exploration. Impaired hippocampus-dependent memory. After two weeks on 90 ppm DDW? Sucrose preference increased — anhedonia reversed. Helplessness behavior significantly reduced. Novelty exploration improved. Hippocampal memory improved. Two weeks. Naturally occurring low-deuterium water. Measurable reversal across four independent behavioral markers. Finding 2: DDW matched antidepressant effect in stressed young mice They used a chronic stress model in young mice — predator scent, restraint stress, tail suspension. This reliably induces anhedonia in susceptible mice. Then they divided mice into three groups: normal water at 140 ppm, DDW at 90 ppm, and citalopram — a standard SSRI antidepressant. DDW produced rescue of sucrose preference comparable to citalopram. Helplessness behavior was also rescued comparably. Serotonin transporter expression — one of the key molecular targets of SSRIs — was rescued by both citalopram and DDW. This is mouse data. Direct translation to humans requires clinical trials. But the mechanism convergence is a legitimate finding. Finding 3: DDW normalized REM sleep in stressed mice Depression is the only psychiatric disorder diagnosable by a specific sleep architecture change — increased REM sleep. It's a biological marker, not a subjective report. Stressed mice showed increased REM sleep — the biological depression signature. DDW normalized REM sleep. Slow-wave sleep and wakefulness also improved. Finding 4: DDW protected against western diet-induced cognitive impairment and glucose dysregulation They used 12-month-old female mice on a standardized western diet — high saturated fat, high sugar, high cholesterol. Western diet produced: impaired glucose tolerance, brain inflammation, reduced mitochondrial markers in brain and liver, liver steatosis — fat accumulation in the liver — impaired object recognition memory, and impaired hippocampal memory. DDW at 90 ppm on western diet: Prevented glucose tolerance impairment despite continued western diet. Improved object recognition memory. Improved hippocampal memory in old mice. Did not improve liver steatosis. The liver finding matters. DDW protected the brain and metabolic glucose handling but did not reverse the liver damage. Strekalova’s interpretation: DDW is counteracting brain inflammation driven by damage elsewhere in the body — not fixing the damage itself. Finding 5: Deuterium-enriched water (180 ppm) did the opposite They tested the reverse — 180 ppm water, equivalent to what you would find in evaporative pools in the Sahara. Results on aged mice with western diet: Novelty exploration clearly suppressed. Hippocampus-dependent memory suppressed. Strekalova describes this as a surprise finding. 90 ppm sits at the low end of natural drinking water on Earth. 180 ppm sits at the high end of what occurs in extreme arid environments. The difference between them produced measurable opposing effects on memory and cognition in aged mice. Gene expression — deuterium sits upstream of circadian biology In both the aging model and the stress model, DDW altered gene expression in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. Affected categories: DNA repair, oxidative stress response, immune regulation, mitochondrial function, cellular plasticity, aging-related genes. And one finding that connects directly to everything else: Per2. Per2 is a core circadian clock gene. DDW affecting its expression means deuterium content influences circadian biology at the gene level. Deuterium doesn't just affect cancer cells and mitochondrial efficiency. It sits upstream of the circadian system. The implication The deuterium content of your water varies by geography. Antarctic water versus coastal tap water. The difference is measurable. The biological effects in these models are measurable and opposing. Most people optimizing their health are tracking sleep, sunlight, training, and nutrition. Nobody told them deuterium was also on the list.

"What NewJeans Wanted to Say" [Full transcript translated to English] 🐹: Some of you might be surprised by this sudden meeting, but we wanted to share our thoughts and opinions about the recent events, so we prepared this session. First, I want to explain one of the reasons we decided to do this live. It's been hard to see many people who have worked with us continue to suffer from unfair demands and pressure even after our CEO was dismissed. It was frustrating to just stand by and watch these situations unfold, and we were very worried about our future as a group of five. Honestly, while preparing for this live, we were naturally concerned about the reactions we might receive afterward. We were also worried that people might mistakenly think that our CEO instructed us to do this, but I want to clarify that this live was prepared because we five members genuinely wanted to express our thoughts. We received help from directors we trust for things we couldn't prepare ourselves, like setting up the shoot and finding a location. It didn’t feel right for us to stay silent when everyone, including our Bunnies, has been stepping up to support us. Moreover, this is not just a matter of leaving it to the adults because it directly affects the lives of us five members. Since we're the ones going through this, we felt that it would be healthier to speak up ourselves than to do nothing, so we mustered the courage to do so. The main point of what we want to say today is directed towards HYBE. We've already had meetings with the current management to express our opinions, but after seeing what happened afterward, it feels like our concerns weren't clearly conveyed. It seemed like communication was blocked, so we felt that preparing this live was the only way to properly share our thoughts and feelings. 🐻: I’m sure that today’s announcement has shocked many of the staff as well, as they were not aware of it, and I imagine everyone watching is quite surprised too. We’ve thought a lot about where to begin, but since the purpose is to express our intentions, we’ll try to explain as clearly as possible. Of course, due to contractual issues, we can’t share everything, but we’ll be as honest as we can. After it was decided that we would debut as NewJeans, our members spent a lot of time getting to know Min Heejin Daepyonim, both as a group and individually. At first, I had reservations and a certain fear towards the adults we were working with, but Daepyonim was the first person to approach us in a way that allowed us to open up, which was initially awkward but eventually built trust. From before our debut until now, we’ve been aware of various issues related to our debut schedule and other matters. However, working with Daepyonim made us feel good, and I believe that’s why we were able to debut successfully and continue our activities until now. This has been today’s news story. 🐶: Naturally, we all want to continue working with Daepyonim. Even before debuting as NewJeans and through all of the time that we spent together with Min Heejin Daepyonim, all of us felt that the music we wanted to make and the kind of world we wanted to build together, our vision, was similar in so many ways. With Min Heejin Daepyonim, we were able to prepare each and every task with sincere hearts, and I believe it shows in our work. Putting our sincere effort into something is only possible because of the people that we're working with have trust in each other and have that same vision. Min Heejin Daepyonim is not only the person that produces our music, but someone who makes NewJeans who we are. She discusses even the smallest details with us and explains them in ways that we can understand clearly. NewJeans has a distinct colour and tone, and this was created with Min Heejin Daepyonim. She is integral to NewJeans’ identity, and we all feel that she is irreplaceable. 🐱: However, even after our debut, there have been many unfair and incomprehensible incidents that you might not know about, and these incidents have only increased over time. As some of you may know, recently, videos from our trainee days and private records, such as medical information, were leaked. When I first saw that, I was really shocked. It was hard to understand how our company, which is supposed to protect us, failed to manage and allowed such information to be leaked. Naturally, this situation has made us worry that other strange or false information about us might spread in the future. Although we, along with our parents and Min Heejin Daepyonim, have raised concerns about this to HYBE, they haven’t resolved the issue, nor have they taken any proactive measures. Then, in the midst of all this, our CEO was dismissed, and we’re left wondering whom we can trust and rely on. We’ve come to the conclusion that if we don’t speak out about this now, no one will know what we’re going through. After much discussion among ourselves, we finally decided to take this step. 🐰: Something happened to me recently. The 4th floor of the HYBE building is where we get our hair and makeup done, so a lot of other artists and staff come and go there. One day, I was waiting alone in the hallway, and some staff from another team passed by. We greeted each other, but when they came back out a bit later, I heard one of their managers say, “Ignore her,” right in front of me. I could hear and see everything clearly. Even now, I still don’t understand why I had to go through that. 🐻: When I heard about what Hanni experienced, I was really shocked. How could a manager from another team tell their members to ignore one of us, and say it so loudly that Hanni could hear it? Such unimaginable words and behavior were directed at us, yet there was no apology, nor did they even acknowledge their wrongdoing. Of course, I’m worried about our future, but what’s most frightening is that the work we’ve already created is being compromised. Seeing the people who have poured their lives into creating our work being treated this way makes it hard to understand how this could be happening. The new management said they would separate producing and management, but we’ve always worked differently from other labels, and we thought that our way was a good one. Now, Daepyonim can no longer approve all matters, and we’re left wondering how we’re supposed to continue working as we did before. The recent statement from the new management also didn’t make sense to me. If they really didn’t intend to interfere with our producing, then the recent incident with Director Shin Woo-seok should never have happened, and it should have been handled differently. We are the ones directly involved with the copyrights and likeness rights of our content, yet they’re making decisions without our consent. In their statement, they kept saying they were acting to protect us and prevent our anxiety, but why do they keep insisting on this when they haven’t considered our wishes? We don’t want any more unnecessary issues to arise, and we want them to show respect and consideration for Daepyonim and all the directors who have worked with us. The things they’re doing right now are not in our best interest at all. 🐰: Something we all find very important, something that plays a very important role in our team's colour and image is our media content and creative production. Despite saying that they would leave all the creative production to our now former CEO, Min Heejin, through official statements that I think a lot of you might have already read or seen, and also during our personal meetings, they infringed our content. Content that not only we worked really hard on, but also our staff who spent endless hours to produce and release them solely for our fans. And if they had any understanding about what type of team we are, and the type of content that we create, they would have thought more deeply for crossing the line that they set for themselves. Because of this incident, we realized that there's not much we can do to prevent these type of issues. Personally, the way that ADOR used to run was the business management and creative production was not separated and was factors that played and worked in harmony with each other. That's how it worked and it was perfectly fine. It was our way of working and it was our CEO's way of producing NewJeans' content, which a lot of you were able to enjoy and appreciate. But now that she's no longer CEO, these factors that should have continued to work together in harmony are now being seen as two different areas of work. 🐻: Besides this, there are many other incidents we’ve experienced that are beyond my understanding—things that are frightening and uncomfortable. These incidents naturally make us question whether HYBE really cares about NewJeans, and there are clear signs of this. However, it’s hard to discuss everything today because we’re not sure how far things could escalate. We just hope you can understand a little of what’s been on our minds and why we chose to speak out in this way. 🐶: As I mentioned earlier, our dream was to perform the music we want to make with Daepyonim, and we were working very hard toward that goal. But now, we can’t do that, and the plans we’ve made might not come to fruition. As Hanni unnie said earlier, just like that, the content that we released solely for our fans, for our bunnies, was instantly erased. And I truly can't understand why anyone would do this to a group, or just anyone in general. We were just working hard for the present, so what did we do wrong? A week after Daepyonim was dismissed, we found out that we could no longer work with the director we’ve been working with all this time, and we’re extremely anxious because we don’t know what will happen to the staff who have always worked hard for us. If they really care about us, they should stop saying that they prioritize the artists and instead let us do the music we love in an environment where we can be genuinely happy. Is that really so hard to do? It’s hard to fully express what’s in my heart, but in the end, the five of us just want to continue our activities with Min Heejin Daepyonim, as we have done so far. 🐱: Personally, I want to continue working with the people around us who have helped me grow mentally and made me feel alive. However, I can't understand, nor do I think I should have to understand, why external forces are constantly obstructing and hindering us. I absolutely cannot comprehend what is truly in our best interest or what is supposed to help us grow. And I feel so sorry and heartbroken that our Bunnies, who found comfort in us and shared joyful memories with us, have to go through this ordeal and worry about things they shouldn't have to. We almost lost the work that symbolizes the relationship between NewJeans and Bunnies, and we don't want to lose anything else. I refuse to conform to or follow the values of the society those people belong to, and because I believe that direction is not the right one, I will not choose to go that way. 🐹: We found out about the CEO's dismissal through the news on the very day it happened. It was so sudden and unimaginable for all of us, and honestly, it was really difficult for us to process. As artists under HYBE, the company's unilateral notification made it clear to us that they don't respect us at all. In the midst of this confusion, we heard through our manager that the new CEO wanted to meet with us. From the very first action taken by the newly appointed Juyoung, it was clear that there was no consideration for us. He claimed to care for us, to prioritize NewJeans, but looking at everything that has happened, it's evident that his words were just that—empty words. HYBE’s actions, like publishing articles that painted us in a bad light just a week before our comeback, make us question how any of this is supposed to be in our best interest. 🐻: It's already been half a year of unnecessary and exhausting discussions about us and NewJeans, and even as a third party, it must be tiring. As the ones directly involved, it’s incredibly uncomfortable for us. We still have music we want to make and goals we want to achieve together, but as things stand now, it’s heartbreaking to think that we might lose not only the work we’ve created so far but also the identity of our team. That’s what makes us feel so helpless. We held this live stream to express our feelings because we sincerely want this tiresome conflict to end. 🐰: Like how we have our own and individual thoughts and feelings, we have the choice to choose how we will react to each situation, and we are not going to follow Hybe's every order blindly. We are more than well aware that this is getting in the way of our work, and that we should be treated much, much better than how we are right now. And it's very hard to believe that they are truly sincere about wanting to help us continue, to be able to continue to work with our Daepyonim, Min Heejin Daepyonim. Despite her being in the midst of all this current legal conflict, she's expected to plan and creatively produce our future endeavours in just only two months, which I personally think makes no sense at all. We don't want to hear all the empty words of how they're going to help us continue to work with Min Heejin, Daepyonim. And all we want is this legal conflict to be resolved and have our working environment returned back to normal the way it was before. 🐹: The way HYBE is operating right now feels dishonest and wrong to us. Please, stop interfering. Reinstating our CEO and returning us to the original ADOR environment we had before, with familiar people, not strangers, would make things right. We’re not asking for special treatment; we just want everyone to do their jobs well in their respective places. We’ll do our best in our roles too. We sincerely hope our request is heard. 🐶: From a human perspective, I hope you stop harassing our CEO, Min Hee Jin. Honestly, she seems so pitiful, and HYBE just comes across as an inhumane company. What can we possibly learn from a company like this? So, I really hope you stop bothering our CEO. 🐻: What we want is the original ADOR, where CEO Min Hee Jin leads both management and production. The reason we're making this request is because it's a way to coexist peacefully without conflict with HYBE. If our message has been conveyed properly, we hope Chairman Bang and HYBE make a wise decision to restore ADOR to its original state by the 25th. Thank you for listening to us. #하이브어도어_뉴진스지우기_작작해 #HYBE_STOP_SABOTAGING_NEWJEANS #HYBEによるNewJeansへの妨害に抗議します #NEWJEANS_NEVER_DIE
