Normally footstool > pk fire is frame perfect, but I found an input method that gives us an extra frame of leniency. Here's a quick vid on what I found :)

Here's a trick to nailing perfect parries on Professional difficulty in RE4R. As an attack is coming out, move backwards, the range on the parry input is deceptively far. You can actually react to the last frame while back stepping easily. 😉
