Here's a trick to nailing perfect parries on Professional difficulty in RE4R. As an attack is coming out, move backwards, the range on the parry input is deceptively far. You can actually react to the last frame while back stepping easily. 😉

I think I found a fairly consistent method to get this combo, even midscreen #SF6_Viper - After OD Seismo, input 2369+HK to get an instant SJC HK Burnkick. - Let the opponent fall a bit before inputting sHK. Then slowly input 412369+KK to get OD Burnkick to combo after sHK.
