@northropgrumman There have been no exceptions where a Cygnus spacecraft was intended to do anything other than a planned destructive re-entry at the end of its mission. It's full of ISS trash to burn.

Day 057, orbit 0886 – Fun timelapse of the last activities on the Cygnus NG-23 cargo spacecraft before it was detached from the Station and released into Earth orbit using the Canadarm2 robotic arm. Jessica Meir set up the equipment used to depressurise Cygnus in advance of its departure, and I configured the hardware that enabled Cygnus to be disconnected from Unity before closing the spacecraft’s hatch! #ICYMI: Japan's HTV-X1 cargo spacecraft from JAXA(Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) was released from the station at 12 p.m. EST on Friday, March 6, for three more months of remotely-controlled science activities. HTV-X1 began its mission on Oct. 25, 2025, with a launch from Japan. Four days later it was robotically captured and installed on the station delivering new science experiments, crew supplies, and station hardware.
