It's clear though that Hartog was at the burning Ferrari for a full minute already, before the first marshal even shows up. The time between the impact and the marshals starting to extinguish the flames, is almost eighty seconds. China GT do praise Hartog in their statement... But if eighty seconds is "the earliest time" for marshals to reach a burning car, that's not something to be thankful for, but it's something to be incredibly worried about.
