My anti-low back pain ‘protocol’. It’s not unique. But I’ve been doing it for a very long time. It keeps my back relatively calm and severe episodes at bay. It won’t help everyone. But it’s certainly worth a try. It helps many. Start with no weight. Double and single leg. Single leg add a useful rotational component. Start with both legs and no weight. Then add single leg worth and finally progress to added resistance. Check with your doc if you have questions.
