CONTEXT: 6.9 earthquake in Philippines on September 30, kids are not related to him, but he still protected them. Why are they naked? Because Philippines is a VERY hot country, the internet cafe has no AC, so you can imagine the heat coming from 3+ computers in a VERY small room.

It took me a while to find the context guy; essentially a 6.9 earthquake happened in the Phillipines, and this lad protected the kids, even though he didn't know them. Also the Phillipines is extremely humid + lack of AC + 3 computers creating heat, so it's like an oven.
