Not even a full week post extubation and listen to that boy using his sweet little voice again!!! He was wearing himself out but kept going still I'd say we still have at least 4-6 weeks inpatient.😭😭😭

Oh dear. Those retractions are extremely concerning. As a neonatal nurse I would say he needs respiratory support beyond the nasal cannula/ CPAP. God Bless this little guy. 🙏🏼💜
